«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
news.ru-ն «Սենատոր Դոլգով. Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը ամրագրված է ռուս զինվորների արյունով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ամրագրված է ռուս զինվորների արյունով, ասել է ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի անդամ Կոնստանտին Դոլգովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի հայտարարությունը Ռուսաստանի կողմից պետության տարածքում հեղաշրջում նախապատրաստելու մասին։ news.ru-ի հետ զրույցում սենատորն ընդգծել է, որ երկրների միջև շփումները շարունակվում են տարբեր մակարդակներով։
«Շփումները շարունակվում են տարբեր մակարդակներով։ Եթե Հայաստանում ինչ-որ մեկը շահագրգռված է ինչ-որ տեղեկություն ստանալ, ապա խնդիրներ չեն լինի։ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը ամրագրված է ռուս զինվորների ու սպաների արյունով, և այդպես է եղել միշտ։ Դա հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանի վերաբերմունքի լավագույն ցուցանիշն է»,- պարզաբանել է Դոլգովը։ Նրա խոսքով, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության կողմից Հայաստանին սպառնացող վտանգի մասին հայտարարությունները ծիծաղելի են, իսկ Ռուսաստանին այնպիսի հանցագործությունների մեջ մեղադրելն, ինչպիսին է հեղաշրջումը, ընդամենը փորձ է իրենց խնդիրները բարդել Մոսկվայի վրա։ Սենատորը հույս է հայտնել, որ Երևանում «բանականությունը կհաղթի»։
«Հայաստանում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի ապակայունացմանը Ռուսաստանի մասնակցության ցանկացած վարկած կամ կասկած անհեթեթություն է: Հայաստանը մեր դաշնակիցն է և մնում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ: Մենք շահագրգռված ենք բարեկամական հարաբերություններով։ Ռուսաստանը պարտավորություններ է կրում ապահովելու Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը, որն ամրագրված է պայմանագրով»,- հավելել է Դոլգովը։ Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կանխել է հեղաշրջման միջոցով իշխանությունը յուրացնելու փորձ։ Երկրի Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարել էր նաև, որ կասկածյալները Ռուսաստան են մեկնել նախապատրաստվելու նպատակով, սակայն դա հաստատող որևէ ապացույց չի ներկայացվել։
