Ռուսաստանը երկարացրել է արտասահման դրամական փոխանցումների սահմանափակումները

Ռուսաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկը վեց ամսով՝ մինչև 2025 թվականի մարտի 31-ը երկարաձգել է արտասահման դրամական փոխանցումների սահմանափակումները, հայտնում է կարգավորիչի մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Ռուսաստանցիները և բարեկամ երկրների ոչ ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձինք կարող են մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում արտասահմանյան բանկերի ցանկացած հաշվեհամարին փոխանցել ոչ ավելի, քան 1 միլիոն դոլար կամ համարժեք այլ արտարժույթ, հայտնում է РБК-ն։
Բացի այդ, կպահպանվի դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգերով փոխանցումների սահմանաչափը՝ ամեն ամիս ոչ ավելի, քան 10 հազար դոլար կամ համարժեք այլ արժույթով, նշում են ԿԲ-ն։
Ռուսաստանում աշխատող ոչ ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձանց համար՝ ինչպես բարեկամ, այնպես էլ անբարյացակամ երկրներից, հնարավորություն կունենան իրենց աշխատավարձի չափով միջոցներ փոխանցել արտերկիր, նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Ռուսաստանում ոչ բարեկամական երկրներից ոչ ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական անձանց, ինչպես նաև նման երկրների իրավաբանական անձանց համար միջոցների արտասահման փոխանցման արգելքը մնում է ուժի մեջ։ Անբարյացակամ երկրների բանկերը կարող են դրամական փոխանցումներ կատարել ռուբլով՝ օգտագործելով ռուսական վարկային հաստատություններում բացված թղթակցային հաշիվները, եթե վճարողի և ստացողի հաշիվները բացվեն արտասահմանյան բանկերում, նշել է կարգավորիչը։
Կենտրոնական բանկը սահմանափակել է արտասահմանից գումարների դուրսբերումը 2022 թվականի մարտին՝ Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի ռազմական գործողության մեկնարկից և դրան հաջորդած Մոսկվայի դեմ միջազգային պատժամիջոցների ներդրումից հետո։ Ի սկզբանե, կարգավորող մարմինն արգելում էր քաղաքացիների արտասահման փոխանցումները ամսական $5 հազարից ավելի։ Հետագայում սահմանափակումները սկսեցին մեղմվել մինչև 2022 թվականի հուլիսին, սահմանաչափը բարձրացվեց մինչև 1 միլիոն դոլար:
