Արևմտյան վերլուծաբանները պնդում են, որ ՌԴ-ն ձախողել է «Սարմատ» հրթիռի վերջին փորձարկումը. Կրեմլը չի մեկնաբանում

Կրեմլը տեղեկություն չունի «Սարմատ» միջմայրցամաքային բալիստիկ հրթիռի վերջին փորձարկումների վերաբերյալ, ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Այս հարցը նա հասցեագրել է ՌԴ ՊՆ-ին, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն:
«Մենք այս հարցի վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն չունենք։ Սա ավելի շուտ մեր զինվորականների իրավասությունների շրջանակում է, ուստի խորհուրդ եմ տալիս կապ հաստատել նրանց հետ»,- ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ։
Անցյալ շաբաթ արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցները, հղում անելով արբանյակային պատկերներին, հայտնել էին, որ ՌԴ միջուկային զինանոցի արդիականացման գործում առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող այս հրթիռի՝ Պլեսեցկի արձակման կայանում տեղի ունեցող փորձարկումներն ավարտվել են անհաջողությամբ։
Ինչպես գրում է reuters.com-ը, ըստ սպառազինության ոլորտի փորձագետների, որոնք վերլուծել են արձակման վայրի արբանյակային պատկերները, Ռուսաստանը, ըստ երևույթին, «աղետալի ձախողում» է ունեցել «Սարմատ»-ի փորձարկման ժամանակ:
Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին Maxar-ի կողմից արված լուսանկարները ցույց են տալիս մոտ 60 մետր լայնությամբ խառնարան Ռուսաստանի հյուսիսում գտնվող Պլեսեցկի տիեզերակայանում գտնվող արձակման կայանում:
«Ամեն ինչ վկայում է, որ դա անհաջող փորձարկում էր: Գետնին մեծ անցք է գոյացել: Հրթիռի և սիլոսի հետ կապված լուրջ միջադեպ է եղել», - ասել է Ժնևում բնակվող վերլուծաբան Պավել Պոդվիգը, որը ղեկավարում է «Ռուսաստանի միջուկային ուժեր» նախագիծը:
Լոնդոնի Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների միջազգային ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Թիմոթի Ռայթը նշել է, որ հրթիռի սիլոսի շրջապատող տարածքի ոչնչացումը վկայում է ձախողման մասին:
«Հնարավոր պատճառներից մեկը կարող է այն լինել, որ հրթիռի առաջին աստիճանը (ուժեղացուցիչը) կա՛մ չի կարողացել պատշաճ բռնկվել, կա՛մ տուժել է աղետալի մեխանիկական խափանումից, ինչի հետևանքով հրթիռը հետ է ընկել կամ վայրէջք կատարել սիլոսի մոտ և պայթել»,- ասել է նա Reuters-ին:
Ջեյմս Էքթոնը՝ Քարնեգի հիմնադրամի միջուկային ոլորտի մասնագետը, X-ում գրել է, որ արբանյակից արված առաջ /հետո նկարները «համոզում են, որ մեծ պայթյուն է եղել» և ասել է, որ համոզված է, որ «Սարմատ»-ի փորձարկումը ձախողվել է:
«Սարմատ»-ը ծանր բազմաստիճան հեղուկ վառելիքով աշխատող միջմայրցամաքային բալիստիկ հրթիռ է, որը կարող է կրել 10-15 մարտագլխիկ։ 2024 թվականի փետրվարին նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ասել էր, որ «Սարմատ»-ը հանձնվել է ՌԴ զորքերին և շուտով կցուցադրվի մարտական հերթապահության ժամանակ։ «Սարմատ»-ի առաջին և միակ հայտնի արձակումն իրականացվել է 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 20-ին Պլեսեցկի արձակման կայանից։ Փորձարկումը հաջողված էր համարվել։
