Ցանկանում եմ հստակ արձանագրել՝ այս շարժումը նոր է սկսում եւ եթե ոմանց համար սա քաղաքական գործ է, ինձ համար սա կյանք է, եւ նյարդերի պատերազմում հաղթելու էնա, ով աննահանջ է, համառ է եւ համբերատար է, պատրաստ է զոհաբերության եւ զրկանքների: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 22-ին, Մարզահամերգային համալիրում հայտարարեց «Սրբազան պայքար»-ի առաջնորդ Բագրատ Արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը:

«Սա ճշմարտության համար պայքար է եւ ոչ ոք, ոչինչ չի կարող մեզ, ինձ բաժանել այս հավատքից: Երկրորդ՝ ՀՀ գործող վարչախմբի սահմանադրական կարգն ու պետության հիմքերը քայքայող գործողությունները պետք է համարժեք արձագանք ստանան եւ մենք կոչված ենք վերականգնելու սահմանադրական կարգը մեր երկրում: Հայաստանը պետք է լեգիտիմ իշխանություն ունենա, որը հանդես կգա երկրի ազգային եւ պետական շահերի դիրքերից: Երրորդ՝ պետք է ձեւավորել նոր իշխանություն, որգ կձեւավորվի ըստ արժանիքների՝ դառնալով հաշտության կառավարություն: Չորրորդ՝ պետք է վերացվեն այս իշխանության ստեղծած հանրության եւ հասարակության դիմադրողականությունը քայքայող բաժանարար գծերը: Մենք կարող ենք եւ կոչված ենք վերացնելու մեր ազգային համերաշխությունը՝ ներառելով Սփյուռքի ներուժը՝ բացառելով անընդունելի բարքերի եւ համակարգերի վերադարձը, վերածվելով բարոյական հասարակության, որտեղ մեր որդիները հավասար կլինեն օրենքի եւ մահվան առջեւ: Հինգերորդ, մենք կարող ենք եւ պետք է դառնանք երկարաժամկետ եւ կայուն խաղաղության  դրոշակակիրը: Վեցերորդ՝ այս գերլարված տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը կարեի է վերադարձնել իրական բանակցություններով՝ արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը միջազգային քննարկումների օրակարգ բերելով, մեր արցախցի ժողովրդին հավաքական եւ արժանապատիվ սեփական բնօրրան վերադառնալու իրավունքը վերականգնելով, Ադրբեջանում պահվող մեր գերիների եւ պատանդառված ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը տուն վերադարձնելով, ադրբեջանական զինուժի ՀՀ տարածքից դուրս մղելով: Յորթերորդ՝ ՀՀ-ն պետք է հրաժարվի հականերով արտաքին քաղաքականությունից, վերադառնա կանխատեսելի եւ վստահելի գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակին: Ութերորդ՝ վաղվա Հայաստանում պետք է գործի այլեւս երբեքի սկզբունքը որպես համակարգ եւ գործողությունների ուղենիշ՝ ներառելով ներքին եւ արտաքին անվտանգությունը: Իններորդ մենք պետք է եւ կարող ենք մեր հաստատակամությամբ, մեր հասարակությանը ազատագրել պարտության ճիրաններից»,-ասաց նա:

 Բագրատ Սրբազանը նշեց, որ այսօր գրվում ժողովրդի եւ պետության պատմությունը, դժբախտաբար, իշխանության շնորհիվ, այդ պատմությունը գրվում է Բաքվում եւ այլ քաղաքներում. «Մեր պայքարի առանցքային ուղերձն է, որ մեր պատմությունը պետք է գրվի հայոց մայրաքաղաքում՝ Երեւանում, այդ պատճառով է մեր պայքարը Սրբազան»:
