Ռուսաստանը հիշեցնում է հացահատիկի մասին

Հայաստանն ամենաշատ օգուտ ստացողն է ԵԱՏՄ-ից, և երկրի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը դա շատ լավ հասկանում է։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան այդ մասին ասել է ճեպազրույցում։ Նա նշել է, թե ՀՀ-ի և ՌԴ-ի միջև ապրանքաշրջանառությունը վատ չէ, ինչն ապահովում է հայկական տնտեսության ստաբիլ աճը։
Ռուսաստանն այսկերպ պարզորոշ ակնարկում է Հայաստանին, որ կարող են տնտեսական լուրջ հետևանքներ լինել, եթե ՀՀ ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը շարունակի հակառուսական իր քաղաքականությունը։ Ամիսներ շարունակ Մոսկվան բացահայտ նշել է, թե չի կարելի օգուտներ ստանալ ԵԱՏՄ-ից, բայց սառեցնել ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը։ «Ինձ զարմացնում է այն, ասես ԵԱՏՄ-ն և ՀԱՊԿ-ը տարբեր երկրներ են։ Դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ Արևմուտքը ՀՀ-ի վրա ճնշում է գործադրում, ինչի մասին հայտարարում են հենց արևմտյան երկրների առաջնորդները։ Դա արտացոլում է ստանում Երևանի քաղաքական հռետորաբանության մեջ։ Երևանի որոշ քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից դիտավորյալ ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածվում, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ը չի պաշտպանել Հայաստանին։ Երևանից պարբերաբար հնչող պնդումներն անհեթեթ են և չեն համապատասխանում փաստերին։ Այդ Ֆոնին՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը և միջգերատեսչական համագործակցությունը սահմանափակվում է։ Այսինքն՝ տնտեսությունը ցույց է տալիս մի բան, իսկ քաղաքական վերնախավն անում է հակառակը», – նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը։
Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետագա վատթարացումը կարող է նաև պարենային անվտանգության լուրջ սպառնալիքներ հարուցել Հայաստանի համար։ Մեկնաբանելով ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի մասնակցությունը «Ուկրաինայի խաղաղության բանաձևի» համատեքստում պարենային անվտանգության առցանց թեմատիկ համաժողովին՝ Զախարովան հիշեցրել է, թե որտեղից է ստացվում ՀՀ հացահատիկի մեծ մասը։
«Պարենային անվտանգությամբ հետաքրքրված անձինք պետք է հետաքրքրվեն՝ ինչպես է այդ հարցը լուծվում իրենց երկրում։ Հացահատիկի 90 %-ը Հայաստան է գալիս Ռուսաստանից։ Միգուցե, տեսահամաժողովի միջոցով կապ հաստատեք Ռուսաստանի՞ հետ՝ քննարկելու ձե՛ր պարենային անվտանգությունը։ Դե, դա է արդար և հարգալից։ Ինչո՞ւ գործել թիկունքում՝ նրանց դեմ, ովքեր կերակրում են ձեզ և ապահովում ձեր պարենային անվտանգությունը»,- ասել է Զախարովան։
