Բրիտանացի գիտնականները ստեղծել են ճկուն և գերբարակ արևային մարտկոց, որը կարող է կիրառվել պորտատիվ սարքերի վրա։ Այն 150 անգամ ավելի բարակ է, քան գոյություն ունեցող սիլիկոնային հիմքով վահանակները և, այնուամենայնիվ, ունի նույն էներգետիկ հնարավորությունները, գրում է mir24.tv-ն:
Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի գիտնականները ստեղծել են նոր ֆոտոգալվանային նյութ, որն ունակ է արևի լույսը վերածել պերովսկիտային կառուցվածքների էներգիայի: Սրանք բյուրեղային գոյացություններ են, որոնք բնական կալցիումի տիտանի օքսիդի սինթետիկ տարբերակն են:
Պերովսկիտները համարվում են արևային էներգիայի հեռանկարային նյութ: Բայց նրանք ունեն նաև թերություններ: Դրանք կարող են ոչնչացվել օդի կամ խոնավության հետ շփման ժամանակ: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ պերովսկիտները ունակ են կայունություն պահպանել շերտավոր կառուցվածքներում, ինչպիսիք են տանդեմ բջիջները, որոնք միավորում են պերովսկիտները և սիլիցիումային բջիջները:
Օքսֆորդի թիմը միավորել է մի քանի լուսազգայուն շերտեր: Արդյունքում ստացվել է 0,001 մմ հաստությամբ թաղանթաշերտ, որի արդյունավետությունն արևի լույսը էներգիայի վերածելիս կազմել է 27 % (ժամանակակից վահանակների համար 22 % է)։
Հետազոտողների կարծիքով նման թաղանթը կարելի է կիրառել գրեթե ցանկացած առարկայի, այդ թվում՝ էլեկտրական մեքենաների և սմարթֆոնների պատյանների վրա։ Դա թույլ կտա լիցքավորել սարքերը շարժման ընթացքում և վերացնել մեծ արևային կայանների կարիքը:
Հետագայում գիտնականները նախատեսում են նման պանելների արդյունավետությունը հասցնել 45%-ի։ Դրանից հետո նրանք կկարողանան էներգիա արտադրել նույնիսկ ցածր լույսի ներքո, հայտնել է Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի մամուլի ծառայությունը։
