5 մլն 470 հազար դրամ հուշանվերների համար. ինչո՞ւ են ԱԺ-ում նախապես նվերներ գնում եւ պահեստավորում․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Այն, որ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարն արգելում է պետական միջոցներով գործընկերներին նվերներ գնել, ընդունելի եւ գովելի է, սակայն Ազգային ժողովի համար նման օրենքը «չգրված օրենք» է. գնումներ են կատարում եւ պահեստավորում։

Բանն այն է, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը, ուսումնասիրելով Ազգային ժողովի գնումները, նկատեց՝ պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների ընդունելության կազմակերպման համար հուշանվերների ձեռքբերման նպատակով ԱԺ-ն ծախսել է 5 մլն 470 հազար դրամ։ Գնման պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ գրեթե 5,5 մլն դրամ արժողությամբ ձեռք է բերվել կերամիկական ափսե, նվեր ափսե, հուշանվեր սալիկներ։

Կերամիկական ափսեներն արժեցել են 2 մլն 400 հազար դրամ, որի միավորի գինը 24 հազար դրամ է, եւ ձեռք է բերվել 100 հատ։

Նվեր փաթեթի մեկ հատն արժեցել է 17 հազար 700 դրամ, որը ներառել է մեղրամոմով մեղր, խոտաբույսերով թեյ եւ իմունոթեյ։ 100 նման սալիկի համար Ազգային ժողովը վճարել է 1 մլն 770 հազար դրամ։

Հուշանվերներ սալիկների մեկ հատն արժեցել է 13 հազար դրամ, գնվել է 100 հատ։ Սալիկները եղել են 4 տեսակի զարդանախշերով՝ Արծվագորգ 2 տեսակ, Թագի գորգ 2 տեսակ։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը Ազգային ժողովի Հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ հաղորդակցության վարչության պետ Լաուրա Անտոնյանից փորձեց պարզել, թե գնումը որ պաշտոնական պատվիրակության համար է արվել, արդյոք այն եղել է Միջխորհրդարանական միության երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականների 10-րդ գլոբալ համաժողովի մասնակիցների համար, թե ոչ. եւ ստացանք հետեւյալ պատասխանը. «IPU-ի համար չի եղել գնումը: Կազմակերպչական նպատակահարմարությունից ելնելով, սովորաբար, նախապես գնում ենք տարբեր նվերներ, պահեստավորում ենք՝ հետագայում ԱԺ այցելող տարբեր պատվիրակություններին նվիրելու համար»:

Մինչեւ տարեվերջ ուշադիր կլինենք՝ հասկանալու համար՝ ինչ պատվիրակությունների է նվիրելու 300 տարբեր տեսակի հուշանվերները Ազգային ժողովի ղեկավարությունը»:
