Ըստ էության, ԵԽԽՎ այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգ մտցված Արցախին վերաբերող երկու բանաձևերն էլ հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակն ապակայունացնելու ընդգծված միտում են պարունակում՝ դրանք ակնհայտորեն միակողմանի, ադրբեջանամետ քաղաքական ուղղվածություն ունեն: Բացառում եմ զեկույցների հեղինակների միամիտ կամ անմեղսունակ լինելու տարբերակը՝ դատելով ամեն ինչից, նրանք շատ լավ են հասկանում, թե ինչ կրակի հետ են խաղում: Հետևաբար, կարելի է միանգամայն հավանական համարել այն, որ Արևմուտքում կան առկա ստատուս քվոն խախտելու հարցում Ադրբեջանի նկրտումները գործնականորեն խթանելու գաղափարի ազդեցիկ աջակիցներ: Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը կարելի է գնահատել որպես ստատուս քվոյի խախտմանն ուղղված այդ գործընթացին ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի մասնակից չլինելու վկայություն-ապացույց, թեև, իրականում, այս կարգի համատեղ ակցիաները միշտ չէ, որ համարժեքորեն արտացոլում են առկա իրողությունները: Այդուհանդերձ, կարծում եմ, որ այս գործընթացը նախաձեռնողների համար այժմ կարևոր է կրքերը թեժացնել, առանց հարցին որևէ գործնական լուծում տալու: Ուստի չեմ զարմանա, եթե նշված բանաձևերի քննարկումն այս նստաշրջանում համապատասխան բանաձևերի ընդունմամբ չավարտվի և հանգուցալուծումը հետաձգվի առնվազն մինչև հաջորդ նստաշրջանը:
