Նույնիսկ պայքարի դուրս եկող քաղաքական ուժերը չեն հավատում իրենց հաջողությանը

Հասկանալի է, որ հետխորհրդային Հայաստանում անկախության առաջին տարիներից ի վեր ժողովրդավարացման գործընթացը լի է եղել բազմաթիվ խոչընդոտներով և այսօր էլ մենք բավականին հեռու ենք կոնսոլիդացված ժողովրդավարություն ունեցող երկիր ունենալուց: Բայց այս ամենի պատասխանատվությունը հավասարապես կիսում են բոլոր ժամանակների թե՛ իշխանական, թե՛ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը: Գոյություն ունեն քաղաքագիտական այնպիսի ճշմարտություններ, որոնք կիրառելի են բոլոր տեսակի հասարակությունների և քաղաքական համակարգերի պարագայում: Համաձայն պարզագույն տրամաբանությանը, երբ որևէ իշխանություն չի վայելում հասրակության մեծամասնության վստահությունը և այդ երկրում երկար տարիների ընթացքում քաղաքական իշխանության փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունենում դրանից հետևում է, որ տվյալ ուժին փոխարինողի հավակնություն ունեցողները կամ՛ հասարակության կողմից ավելի անընդունելի են, կամ՛ չեն տիրապետում քաղաքական գործընթացների արդյունավետ կիրառմանը:
Այն, որ Երրորդ Հանրապետության բոլոր ժամանակների ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը հասարակության լայն զանգվածների կողմից վստահության են արժանացել (թեկուզ միայն ընտրությունների ընթացքում քվեարկելով նրանց օգտին) թերևս որևէ մեկը չի հերքի, սակայն, անհերքելի է նաև այն իրողությունը, որ այդ ուժերի կողմից հասարակական լայն շերտերի՝ իրենց հայտնած վստահությունը չի դիվերսիֆիկացվել և կարճ ժամանակ անց ժողովրդական ըմբոստությունը փոշիացվել է: Առանց երկմտելու կարելի է արձանագրել, որ վերոգրյալ բոլոր դեպքերում ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի ընդհանրական թերացումը եղել է պայքարի միջոցների սխալ ընտրությունը: Բազմաթիվ ընդդիմադիր շարժումներ քաղաքաքական գործընթացներին մասնակցելիս հաշվի չեն առել մի քանի կարևոր հանգամանքներ՝ չեն ունեցել մանրամասն մշակված ընդհանուր ռազմավարություն, մարտավարական քայլերից բխող միջոցառումների հաջորդականություն: Քաղաքական գործընթացների նկատմամբ նման ոչ մասնագիտական և ոչ համակարգային մոտեցման պատճառներով անընդհատ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը ֆիասկոներ են արձանագրել և վերջնարդյունքում դրանում մեղադրել են միայն իշխանություններին: Արդյունքում երկրի քաղաքական կյանքում ձևավորվել է մի այնպիսի իրավիճակ, երբ նույնիսկ պայքարի դուրս եկող քաղաքական ուժերը չեն հավատում իրենց հաջողությանը, իսկ քաղաքացիական լայն շրջանակներում քաղաքական զգալի փոփոխությունների միակ միջոցը համարվում է բռնությունը:
