ԱԽ քարտուղարը օրերս հայտարարեց, թե «մեր անվտանգության ձախողման պատճառն այն է եղել, որ անվտանգության սպառնալիքի դեպքում զանգել ենք Մոսկվա, ուրիշ որևէ տարբերակ չի եղել»: Առաջին հայացքից թվում է, որ վերոնշյալ անձը փորձում է իրենց տապալումները գցել նախկին կառավարությունների վրա, սակայն իրականում այլ` խոշոր վտանգավոր թեզեր է առաջ մղում: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
«Առաջին հայացքից թվում է, որ վերոնշյալ անձը փորձում է իրենց տապալումները գցել նախկին կառավարությունների վրա, սակայն իրականում այլ` խոշոր վտանգավոր թեզեր է առաջ մղում:
Առաջին, անարգում այն ամենը, ինչ կապված է մեր հերոսների, բանակի, կամավորների, հայ ժողովրդի անզիջում պայքարի` առաջին արցախյան պատերազմից մինչև դիվերսիոն պատերազմներ, 2016-ի ապրիլյան պատերազմ և այլն: Մեր հաջողություններն ու ձեռքբերումները կապում արտաքին ուժերի հետ:
Ի դեպ, այդ նույն ապրիլյան պատերազմում Ադրբեջանն էր զանգեր անում Մոսկվա` պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու և հրադադար հաստատելու համար:
Երկրորդ, ԱԽ քարտուղարն ադրբեջանական թեզեր, նարատիվներ է առաջ մղում, մեր ձեռքբերումները` անկախության հռչակումից մինչև հաղթանակներ, փորձում պայմանավորել ՌԴ-ի միջամտությամբ:
Երրորդ, ԱԽ քարտուղարն օգտագործում է առիթը` հակառուսական ձևակերպումներ անելու և թեման այդ լոգիկայի ներքո ներկայացնելու համար:
ԱԽ քարտուղարը որպես շրջադարձ համարում է իր իշխանության կողմից սահմանազատում իրականացնելու գործընթացը, որը նրա պնդմամբ որևէ արտաքին ազդեցություն չունի:
Հատկանշական է, որ գործող իշխանությունն իր հաջողությունը կապում է մի գործընթացի հետ, որը միջազգային պրակտիկայի, նախադեպերի, իրավական հիմքի առումով խայտառակ շեղումներ է ընթացել, դեռ չեմ խոսում աննախադեպ ապօրինությունների մասին:
