Այն, որ վերջին տարիներին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության՝ (ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Վարդան Վարդանյանի) քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Պետրոսյանի, քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետ Վահե Մուշեղյանի, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի՝ վարչության պետ Սևան Քոչարյանի, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Խորեն Բարխոյանի, նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության մարզային վարչությունների ու տարածքային բաժինների ծառայողները, համագործակցելով ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի և նույն կոմիտեի մարզային քննչական վարչությունների ու տարածքային բաժինների հետ, անզիջում պայքար են տարել և շարունակում են այդ պայքարը քրեական ենթամշակույթի դեմ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ է տեղափոխվել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ, 37-ամյա Արտյոմ Հարությունյանը, ում երեկ ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներով Վանաձոր քաղաքի Չուխաջյան փողոցի տներից մեկում հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալել, ապա ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչություն են տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանի, ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնի պետ Արամ Հարությունյանի ինչպես նաև ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն Լոռու մարզի ԱԱԾ վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ա․ Հարությունյանը նախկինում մի քանի անգամ եղել է դատապարտված, հանցագործ աշխարհում հայտնի է որպես «Ջունգլիներցի Արտյոմ» և վերջերս է նրան, կատարած հանցանքի համար, Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը ազատ արձակել, սակայն նա, ըստ օպերատիվ տվյալների, շարունակել է իրականացնել քրեական ենթամշակույթին հարիր գործողություններ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ օպերացիան կրել է «Ջունգլիեցի, դու մաուգլի չես դառնա» անունը։
