Այսօր լրանում է Արցախի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ագրեսիայի մեկ տարին: Ադրբեջանական հարձակման հետևանքով Արցախը տվեց հարյուրավոր զոհեր, վիրավորներ։ Ռազմական գործողությանը հաջորդեց 120.000 բնակչության բռնի տեղահանումը, հանգեցրեց Արցախի ամբողջական հայաթափմանը։

ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները մեկ տարի շարունակ զբաղված են միայն արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծելու քայլերով, այն էլ, ըստ արցախցիների անբավարար կերպով։ Իսկ տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց քաղաքական իրավունքները, Արցախում Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած ցեղասպանության դեմ բողոքները կարծես, Փաշինյանի անելիքը չեն։ Ընդհակառակը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը սոցցանցերով ու պետական մամուլով ներազգային թշնամանք են հարուցում, խորացնում հայության երկու հատվածների միջև իրենց իսկ ջանքերով առաջացած անդունդը, իսկական տեղեկատվական տեռոր են սկսել արցախցիների դեմ։ Վկան, ԱԱԾ վերջին բացահայտումն էր, որտեղ հատուկ ընդգծում էին մասնակիցներից երկուսի արցախյան ծագումը։

Իսկ այսօր ՀՀ կառավարության նիստը մեկնարկել է առանց զոհերի հիշատակման, Փաշինյանը հարկ չի համարել մեկ բառ անգամ ասելու օրվա մասին։

Արցախի հարցը վերջնականապես փակելու համար Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը թշնամու պես է վարվում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ։ «Բոլորս ականատես ենք՝ ինչ տեղեկատվական տեռոր է տիրում ՀՀ-ում։ Ամենայն հարգանքով լրագրողների հանդեպ՝ ուզում եմ ասել, որ ՀՀ-ում պետք է կարգավորվի տեղեկատվական դաշտի գործունեությունը, սոցցանցերում տարածվող տեղեկությունների համար պատասխանատվություն պետք է լինի»,- այսօր Եռաբլուրում հայտարարել է Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը՝ կոչ անելով ԱԺ-ին՝ ձեռնամուխ լինել այնպիսի օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների, որը հնարավորություն կտա պաշտպանված լինել ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիներին և ՀՀ-ում ապրող անձանց: Ապարդյուն կոչ է, ինչ խոսք։
