Դատարանի որոշումը հրապարակվել է

Վճռաբեկ դատարանը մերժել է դատախազության վերաքննիչ բողոքը՝ Հրաչյա Ղևոնդյանի կալանավորման վերաբերյալ, երգիչ Հայկ Ղևոնդյանի (Սպիտակցի Հայկո) որդին կմնա ազատության մեջ։
«ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանը մերժել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի բողոքը և անփոփոխ է թողել ստորադաս ատյանի որոշումն, ըստ որի՝ հիմնավոր կասկածի բացակայության հիմքով մերժվել էր Հրաչյա Ղեւոնդյանի նկատմամբ կալանքի կիրառումը։
Նշան պայմաններում ՀՀ դատախազությունը չունի այլ տարբերակ, քան որոշում կայացնել Հ. Ղեւոնդյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու մասին, քանզի վերջնական հաստատվեց որ Հրաչյա Ղեւոնդյանն առնչություն չունի իրեն վերագրվող հանցանքի հետ»,-նշել է փաստաբան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ դեռևս մայիսին Քննչական կոմիտեն տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որտեղ Հրաչյա Ղևոնդյանը, որին ձերբակալել են իշխանությունը յուրացնելու փորձի կասկածանքով, ներկայացվում է որպես ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական դաշինքի ներկայացուցչի (կադրերում Լևոն Քոչարյանն է) մերձավոր։
Կոմիտեն նաև ձայնագրություն է հրապարակել, որտեղ խոսվում է կառավարական շենքերը գրավելու մասին։ Նշվում է, որ դիտարկվել է 2024 թվականի մայիսի 26-ին նախատեսվող հանրահավաքին այն իրագործելու հարցը։
