3 անձ ձերբակալվել է քաղաքացուն առևանգելու, նրա նկատմամբ հոգեկան ներգործության կասկածանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ քաղաքացուն առերևույթ առևանգելու, նրա նկատմամբ հոգեկան ներգործություն և ինքնիրավչություն կատարելու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ գիշերը, հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ մի քանի անձինք, քաղաքացու կամքին հակառակ, ավտոմեքենայով նրան տեղափոխել են Էջմիածին քաղաք և սպառնացել:
Հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով, 460-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 194-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված ապացուցողական և քննչական անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են քննության համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ քրեական վարույթով տուժող ճանաչված անձը գումարային հարցի շուրջ տարաձայնություններ է ունեցել Ռ.Բ.-ի հետ: Նույն հարցի կապակցությամբ, նախնական տվյալներով, վերջինիս ընկեր Ա.Հ.-ն, ով միաժամանակ հանդիսանում է տուժողի մորեղբոր տղան, զանգահարել է տուժողին և պահանջել ու պնդել է պարտք-գումարն անհապաղ վճարել՝ միաժամանակ պահանջելով հանդիպել:
Նշված հանդիպմանը Ա.Հ.-ն գնացել է իր չորս ընկերների հետ, որի ժամանակ հայտնել է, թե պարտք-գումարի դիմաց տուժողին պատկանող «Կրայսլեր 200» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան պետք է տանի Էջմիածին քաղաք՝ սպառնալով, որ եթե իրենց հետ չգնա, ապա նրան ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկում կտեղափոխեն:
Այնուհետև, տուժողի կամքին հակառակ, վերջինիս նստեցրել են նրան պատկանող ավտոմեքենայի հետնամասում և տեղափոխել Էջմիածին քաղաք, որտեղ Ա.Հ.-ն և վերջինիս ընկերներից մեկը յուրաքանչյուրը մեկ անգամ բռունցքով հարվածել են տուժողի գլխի հատվածին, իսկ Ա.Հ.-ն սպառնացել է կյանքից զրկել նրան, եթե հաջորդ օրը չվերադարձնի գումարը:
Դրանից հետո նշված ավտոմեքենայով, տուժողի կամքին հակառակ, նրան տեղափոխել են Էջմիածին-Մասիս ճանապարհահատված, որտեղ նրանց դիմավորել է Ռ.Բ.-ն։ Վերջինս հնչեցրել է հայհոյանքներ ու պահանջել պարտք մնացած գումարը վերադարձնել մինչև հաջորդ օրը՝ ժամը 13։00-ը՝ սպառնալով սպանել նրան և վնասել ընտանիքի անդամներին:
Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում վերոհիշյալ անձանցից երեքը, ովքեր, պարզվել է, ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ են, հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել են վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ՝ մյուս երկու անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություն է տրվել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման ծառայողներին:
