Ծննդատունը չի բացվելու, մի ամբողջ կոլեկտիվ դարձավ գործազուրկ. ի՞նչ կապ ունի Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը

«Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն ծննդատուն» ՓԲԸ կոլեկտիվը բողոք նամակ է ուղղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որը աշխատակիցները տրամադրել են MediaHub-ին:
Նամակում ներկայացվում է, որ ծննդատան աշխատանքը կասեցվել է, և աշխատակիցները օգոստոսից գտնվում են գործազրկության շեմին։ Նշենք, որ ծննդատունը գոյություն ունի 1957թ.-ից, որը Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն համայնքի միակ ծննդատունն է: 1999թ.-ից սկսած, ըստ աշխատակիցների, երբ տնօրենը փոխվել, մինչ վերջերս ծննդատունը «աստիճանաբար անկում է ապրել» վատ կառավարման հետևանքով։ Եվ ահա 2024թ.-ին, այլևս չհանդուրժելով այդ իրավիճակը, մասայական բողոքի ակցիայի արդյունքում քաղաքապետարանը “մեծ ջանքերով հետ վերցրեց ծննդատունը»։
«Մեզ սատարեց և մեր խնդրանքներին ականջալուր եղավ քաղաքապետարանի առողջապահության վարչության պետ Դավիթ Կարապետյանը։ Թվում էր՝ պետության աջակցությամբ կարող ենք մարդավայել աշխատել, սակայն ՀՀ ԱՆ վերահաս ստուգման արդյունքում մեր ծննդատունը գնահատվեց ցածր մակարդակի և պահանջ դրվեց աշխատանքի կասեցման։ Տեղեկացնենք՝ ծննդատանը մեր պետությունը 3-4 անգամ հսկայական գումար է տրամադրել, սակայն այդ գումարը չի ծառայել իր նպատակին և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, մսխվել է (1999-2024թթ.), և ծննդատան աշխատանքի կասեցումն անձնակազմը կապում է դրա հետ»,- ասվում է նամակում։
Այնուհետ նրանք խնդրում են Փաշինյանից կարճ ընդունելություն, որպեսզի ներկայացնեն խնդիրները:
«Խնդրում ենք՝ օգնեք վերականգնել մեր ծննդատան աշխատանքը, քանզի այն հանդիսանում է մեր համայնքի կարևորագույն օջախներից մեկը։ Փաստացի՝ կասեցնում են քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող միակ պետական ծննդատան աշխատանքը, ի շահ մասնավոր ծննդատների, հանձինս՝ մեր ծննդատան անմիջապես հարևանությամբ գտնվող, առողջապահության նախարար Ա. Ավանեսյանի հովանու ներքո գործող Ուիգմոր կանանց և երեխաների հիվանդանոցի, որտեղ բացվում է ծննդաբերական բաժանմունք։ Արդարացի չէ»։
Նամակի հեղինակները նաև տեղեկացրել են, որ երեկ՝ 17.09.2024թ-ին, կոլեկտիվը հանդիպում է ունեցել քաղաքապետարանի առողջապահության վարչության պետի և տեղակալի հետ։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում աշխատակիցներին առաջարկվել է գտնել նոր աշխատանք, քանզի բժշկական հաստատությունը՝ որպես ծննդատուն, չի վերաբացվելու։
