Փաշինյանի քնձռոտ «բալանսավորումը» և վախից բխած շրջադարձը

Անկախ վերլուծաբանները վերջին օրերին արձանագրում են՝ գործող իշխանությունները փոխել են Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ հռետորաբանությունը, փորձում են կարգավորել հարաբերությունները՝ վախենալով Մոսկվայի զայրույթից։
Նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տարօրինակ մի գրառում է արել, նշել, թե աշխարհի և միջազգային հարաբերությունների մասին մեր պատկերացումները շարունակում են մնալ մակերեսային։ «Խրիմյան Հայրիկի ավանդած պատկերացումները հարդարել ենք, փաթեթավորել ժապավեններով ու ժանյակներով, բայց աշխարհը ճանաչելու մեր մեթոդի մեջ շատ բան չենք փոխել»,- գրել է նա և հավելել. «Կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող բալանսավորված և բալանսավորման արտաքին քաղաքականությունը ոչ միայն աշխարհի մասին մեր պատկերացումները, այլև մեր մասին աշխարհի պատկերացումներն էապես լավարկելու ենթատեքստ ունի»։
Գրեթե երկու տարի բալանսավորման ծիրից դուրս թռած Փաշինյանն այժմ հիշում է այդ մասին, երբ Հայաստանի առջև նոր ու ավելի ծանր մարտահրավերներ են ծառացել։ Իսկ այսօր, Համահայկական երկրորդ գագաթնաժողովում հայտարարել է, թե ԵԱՏՄ հետ Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառությունն աճել է ու շարունակում է աճել։
«Այդտեղ զարմանալի ոչինչ չկա, քանի որ մենք ԵԱՏՄ անդամ ենք։ Մեր գործարար համայնքի համար ավելի մատչելի է ԵԱՏՄ շուկան, քան մյուս շուկաները»,– ասել է վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը, հավելել, թե իշխանությունը խնդիր չի դրել ԵԱՏՄ հետ մեր առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները նվազեցնել, այլ խնդիր է դնում ինչպես ԵԱՏՄ, այնպես էլ մյուս շուկաներում մեր առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալներն ավելացնել։
Համենայն դեպս, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակել է քննադատել ՀԱՊԿ-ին, նկատել, որ Հայաստանն իր անդամակցությունը սառեցրել է ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը չի ապահովում ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ իր ունեցած անվտանգային պատրավորությունները, այլև այն պատճառով, որ մեր կարծիքով՝ ՀԱՊԿ–ը ստեղծում է սպառնալիքներ ՀՀ անվտանգության, Հայաստանի հետագա գոյության, ինքնիշխանության և պետականության համար։ Փաշինյանը չի բացառում, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում գործունեությունը լիարժեք կվերականգնեն, երբ Հայաստանի բարձրացրած հարցերին հնչեն հստակ պատասխաններ։
Նման շրջադարձերի դեպքում, նշենք, չի գործում «Լավ է ուշ, քան երբեք» սկզբունքը։ Փաշինյանն արդեն իր քայլերով անդառնալի վնասներ է հասցրել Հայաստանին ու շարունակում է հասցնել։
