Да, Армения начала проводить реформы армии и Вооруженных сил, что также обсуждается в Азербайджане - якобы это означает, что Армения не хочет мира. Об этом сегодня, 18 сентября, на Всемирном армянском саммите заявил премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян.

Между тем, по его словам, страны могут приобретать вооружение для защиты своей безопасности в соответствии с Уставом ООН.

«Армения признает территориальную целостность всех стран региона, у нас нет территориальных требований ни к одной стране. Да, у нас есть оккупированные территории площадью более 200 квадратных километров, но правительство Армении не ставит перед собой задачу вернуть эти территории военным путем, потому что мы считаем, что подписанный с Азербайджаном регламент о демаркационных работах дает такую возможность, и вероятно, что мы сможем решить эту проблему путем переговоров», - заявил Пашинян.
