ԱՄՆ֊ն պատժամիջոցներ սահմանեց պետական պաշտոնյաների և այլ անձանց դեմ

Պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Ջ. Բլինքենն ասել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն այսօր պատասխանատվության լայն շրջանակ է սահմանում Վրաստանի պետական պաշտոնյաների և այլ անձանց դեմ, որոնք խաթարել են վրացական ժողովրդավարությունը և վրաց ժողովրդի իրավունքները,տեղեկացնում է aliq.ge-ն՝ հղում անելով Վրաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հաղորդագրությանը։
Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել Վրաստանի կառավարության երկու պաշտոնյաների՝ ՆԳՆ հատուկ հանձնարարությունների վարչության պետ Զվիադ Խարազիշվիլիի (Խարեբա) և նրա տեղակալներից մեկի՝ Միլերի Լագազաուրիի նկատմամբ՝ մարդու իրավունքների խախտման համար «Օտարերկրյա ազդեցության թափանցիկության մասին» օրենքի դեմ խաղաղ ցույցերի ժամանակ։
ԱՄՆ֊ն պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառել նաև ծայրահեղական խմբավորումների երկու վրացի առաջնորդների՝ Կոնստանտինե Մորգոշիայի և Զուրաբ Մախարաձեի նկատմամբ, մարդու իրավունքների լուրջ խախտումների, ներառյալ նաև խաղաղ հավաքների իրենց իրավունքը կիրառող վրացիների վրա դաժան հարձակումների համար։
Պետքարտուղարությունը նաև լրացուցիչ միջոցներ է ձեռնարկել վիզային սահմանափակումներ կիրառելով Վրաստանի ավելի քան 60 քաղաքացու և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների նկատմամբ, որոնք պատասխանատու են Վրաստանում ժողովրդավարության խարխլման համար կամ մեղսակից են դրան։ Այդ մարդիկ պետական և քաղաքային պաշտոնյաներ են, որոնք չարաշահել են իրենց լիազորությունները։
«ԱՄՆ֊ն մտահոգված է Վրաստանում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներով և հակաժողովրդավարական գործողություններով և շարունակում է դիտարկել ի պատասխան լրացուցիչ գործողություններ։ Միացյալ Նահանգները միանշանակ աջակցում է վրացիների հավաքներ կազմակերպելու, խոսելու և խաղաղ բողոքի ցույցեր անելու իրավունքը՝ առանց բռնության, ահաբեկման կամ ճնշման վախի»,- ասել է պետքարտուղարը։
