ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում կատարված ծավալուն քննչական և համատեղ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության երկու քաղաքացու կողմից խմբի կազմում, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, շահադիտական դրդումներով, իրացնելու նպատակով ապօրինի կերպով «a-PVP» տեսակի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու, ապօրինի տեղափոխելու և պահելու դեպքի՝ քննության համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ:
Ձեռնարկված ապացուցողական գործողություններով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նշված անձինք թվով 120 տարբեր գույնի կպչուն ժապավեններով փաթեթավորված թմրամիջոցներ են ձեռք բերել, որոնց մի մասի հետազոտությամբ դրանք եղել են ընդհանուր առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 8,22 գրամ քաշով, «a-PVP» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։
Մասնավորապես՝ անձնական խուզարկությամբ հիշյալ անձանցից մեկի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է թվով 30 տարբեր գույնի կպչուն ժապավեններով փաթեթներ, իսկ Երևան քաղաքի Ֆանարջյան փողոցում գտնվող Զեյթունի գերեզմանատան ավտոճանապարհի մայթեզրին կից խոտածածկ տարածքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ՝ թվով 90 տարբեր գույնի կպչուն ժապավեններով փաթեթներ։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա վերոհիշյալ անձանց նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և առաջադրվել մեղադրանք:
Վարույթ իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջիններիս նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին, որոնց բավարարվել են:
