Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի բյուրոն հաստատել է Մակրոնի դեմ իմփիչմենթի գործընթաց սկսելու բանաձևի նախագիծը

Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովը (խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատը) ընդունել է ձախակողմյան «Չխոնարհված Ֆրանսիա» կուսակցության նախաձեռնությունը, որն առաջարկում է քննարկման ներկայացնել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի իշխանությունից հեռացնելու մասին բանաձևը։ Այս մասին X-ում հայտնել է «Չխոնարհված Ֆրանսիա» կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Մաթիլդ Պանոն։
«Հենց նոր Ազգային ժողովի բյուրոն ձայների մեծամասնությամբ որոշեց, որ հանրապետության նախագահի հրաժարականի մասին որոշումն ընդունելի է»,- գրել է նա՝ այդ քայլն անվանելով «աննախադեպ» երկրի համար։
Նա հավելել է, որ բանաձևի տեքստն այժմ կուղարկվի օրենսդրական հարցերի հանձնաժողով քննարկման։ Պանոն նաև հայտարարել է սեպտեմբերի 21-ին զանգվածային ցույցի մասին, որն անցկացվելու է ընդդեմ Մակրոնի քաղաքականության և նրա հրաժարականի պահանջով:
Բանաձևն Ազգային ժողովի բյուրո է ներկայացվել օգոստոսի 31-ին։ Դա ենթադրում է Մակրոնի իշխանությունից հեռացնելու ընթացակարգ՝ համաձայն երկրի սահմանադրության 68-րդ հոդվածի, որը թույլ է տալիս նման սցենար իրականացնել նախագահական պարտականությունները չկատարելու դեպքում։ Դա վերաբերում է նաև խորհրդարանի ընդունած օրենքները չհաստատելուն։
Բանաձևը հաստատելու համար Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների երկու երրորդը պետք է կողմ քվեարկի։ Այնուհետև նախագիծը ներկայացվում է խորհրդարանի Սենատ (վերին պալատ): Եթե երկու պալատներն էլ աջակցեն փաստաթղթին, պատգամավորներն ու սենատորները պետք է հավաքվեն համատեղ հանդիպման համար։ Իմփիչմենթի համար բանաձևին պետք է աջակցեն երկու պալատների 925 անդամներից առնվազն 617-ը:
