Հազարավոր երիտասարդներ խուսափում են բանակից՝ հրաժարվելով ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից

Հայաստանում արական սեռի քաղաքացիները շարունակում են հրաժարվել ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից: 2018-2024 թվականների ընթացքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվել է ընդհանուր առմամբ մինչև 18 տարեկան 11,830 արական սեռի քաղաքացի։ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության տվյալներով, 2018 թ․-ին դադարեցվել է 1899 ՀՀ քաղաքացու քաղաքացիություն։ ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարված արական սեռի անձանց ամենամեծ թիվը կազմել է 2019 թվականին՝ 2264 անձ։ 2020 թ․-ին Հայաստանի քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվել է 1543 անձ, 2021 թ․-ին՝ 2056, 2022 թ․-ին` 1953, իսկ 2023 թ․-ին 1625 արական սեռի անչափահասների ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունն է դադարեցվել։ 2024 թ․ օգոստոսի 1-ի դրությամբ 490 մինչև 18 տարին լրացած արական սեռի անձ է հրաժարվել ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից։
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հիմնականում քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվում են բանակային ծառայությունից խուսափելու համար։ Իշխանության հորդորները, կոչերը, բարեփոխումների մասին հայտարարությունները, իհարկե, որևէ մեկին չեն կարող համոզել։ Ազնիվ չէ, որ հնարավորություն ունեցողները կարող են լքել Հայաստանը, փախցնել իրենց որդիներին, իսկ խեղճուկրակ, վերևներում կապեր կամ մեծ գումարներ չունեցողները ստիպված լինեն մյուսների փոխարեն էլ պաշտպանել հայրենիքը։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո բնականաբար, շատերը խուսափում են ծառայելուց, վախենում են իրենց կյանքի ու առողջության համար, ուստի քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվողներին մեղադրելն էլ անշնորհակալ գործ է։
Թիվ մեկ մեղավորն ու պատասխանատուն, իհարկե, իշխանությունն է։ Կեղծ հայտարարությունների փոխարեն իրական բարեփոխումներով, անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնելով, բանակից արատավոր բարքերն արմատախիլ անելով, ժողովրդագրական վիճակը շտկելուն միտված գործուն քայլեր անելով է միայն հնարավոր բեկում մտցնել։ Իսկ Փաշինյանից ու նրա իշխանությունից բեկում ակնկալելը ոչ պակաս անշնորհակալ գործ է։
