Սյունիքի քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմը 32-ժամյա վարժանք է իրականացրել՝ խաղարկելով Սյունիքի մարզում գրանցված ուժեղ երկրաշարժի սցենար։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայությունից։
«Սեպտեմբերի 10-ից 11-ը Սյունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցավ ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի (ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ) չափանիշներին համապատասխան 32-ժամյա դաշտային վարժանք, որին մասնակցում էր ազգային որակավորում ունեցող 47 փրկարարներից բաղկացած Սյունիքի քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմը (ՔՈՓ)։
Դաշտային վարժանքին տեղում հետևում էր ՆԳՆ ՓԾ աշխատանքային խումբը՝ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ տնօրենի օգնական Արմեն Գևորգյանի գլխավորությամբ։
«Երկրաշարժի դեպքում որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպում և իրականացում» թեմայով 32-ժամյա դաշտային վարժանքն անցկացվեց Կապան համայնքում և Քաջարան համայնքի մերձակայքում։ Վարժանքի ընթացքում Սյունիքի քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմը 3 փուլով խաղարկեց Վայոց ձորի մարզում գրանցված ուժեղ երկրաշարժի սցենար․ մոբիլիզացիա, տեղափոխում աղետի գոտի և գործողությունների ծավալում, դեմոբիլիզացիա։
Վարժանքի նպատակն էր ստուգել ՔՈՓ թիմի ղեկավարման շտաբի ծավալումը, փրկարարական աշխատանքների համակարգումը, ունակությունները փրկարարական աշխատանքներում, մասնավորապես՝ պարանային և հատուկ գործիքների հետ աշխատելու կարողությունները։
Համաձայն սցենարի՝ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին, տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 7։30-ին Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքից 2 կմ դեպի հյուսիս-արևելք տեղի էր ունեցել երկրաշարժ՝ 7,4 ՄԳ ուժգնությամբ, որի էպիկենտրոնը գտնվում էր 10 կմ խորության վրա: Կային մեծ ավերածություններ, զոհեր և վիրավորներ։ Տուժել էր մոտ 30000 մարդ։
Ամենամեծ ավերածություններ կային Եղեգնաձոր, Վայք, Ջերմուկ քաղաքներում, ինչպես նաև Արենի, Աղավնաձոր, Ռինդ բնակավայրերում։ Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ երկրաշարժի հետևանքով վնասվել էին նաև մի շարք գյուղեր (Բարձրունի, Արտավան, Մալիշկա, Հեր-Հեր, Զառիթափ, Սերս, Ազատեկ, Մարտիրոս և Արին):
Օպերատիվորեն փրկարարների կողմից պայմանական աղետի գոտում ձևավորվեց վրանային ավան, որի ծավալումից անմիջապես հետո փրկարարական խմբերը ստացան համապատասխան տեղամասերի համար նախատեսված փրկարարական գործողությունների վայրերը և 4-ժամյա հերթափոխով կատարեցին հետախուզական և փրկարարական աշխատանքներ՝ յուրաքանչյուր տեղամասի համար կիրառելով տարբեր սարքավորումներ:
Տեղամասերում իրականացվեցին պարանների օգնությամբ տուժածների իջեցում, փլատակներում մնացած տուժածներին հատուկ գործիքների օգնությամբ դուրսբերում, ինչպես նաև ամրակապման միջոցով տուժածների շենքից անվտանգ տարհանում։
Վարժանքի ավարտին Ա․Գևորգյանն ամփոփեց կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքները, վեր հանեց թերություններն ու առավելությունները, հանձնարարեց աշխատել արձանագրված թերությունների վերացման ուղղությամբ։
Հարկ է նշել, որ ՄԱԿ-ի ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ-ի խորհրդատվական խմբի չափորոշիչն է ազգային մակարդակում ունենեալ ՔՈՓ թիմեր և զարգացնել ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ-ի մեթոդաբանությունը։ 2024 թվականին նախատեսվում է նմանօրինակ վարժանքներ իրականացնել Տավուշի, Լոռու և Շիրակի քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմերի կողմից»։
