Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կուրսկի, Լիպեցկի շրջաններում ակտիվ մարտերը շարունակվում են: 2.5 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ-ին հաջողվեց գործողություններ իրականացնել հենց ՌԴ տարածքում և արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի այս շրջաններում լարված իրավիճակ է:

Այսօր ուկրաինական ԶՈւ-ն հարվածել է Բելգորոդին։ ՌԴ Բելգորոդի մարզում օդային տագնապի ֆոնին պայթյուններ են որոտացել, նահանգապետ Վյաչեսլավ Գլադկովի հաղորդմամբ՝ ուկրաինական ԶՈւ-ի հարձակման հետևանքով Բելգորոդում ավտոմեքենաներ ու բնակելի տներ են վնասվել, ինը մարդ վիրավորվել է։ Քաղաքում ծուխ է նկատվում, իսկ որոշ տեղերում հրդեհներ են բռնկվել, այրվել ավտոմեքենաներ։

MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում Բելգորոդի բնակիչը նշեց, որ իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ, սակայն շրջանի տարհանման մասին խոսք չկա. 

«Վտանգը միշտ կա, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, խոսք դեռ չի գնում Բելգորոդ քաղաքի բնակիչների տարհանման մասին։ Վտանգը, այո, պահի տակ բավականին մեծ է, սակայն ամենը նորմալ է, որքան հնարավոր է»,– նշեց նա։

MediaHub-ը զրուցեց նաև ռուս քաղաքագետ Վիկտոր Սապրիկայի հետ․ «Մենք տեսնում ենք Ուկրաինայի ոչ լեգիտիմ նախագահ Զելենսկու հարձակումներն ու հորդորները, այսօր հարձակում է եղել RSZO «Vampire»-ի, այսինքն՝ չեխական արտադրության զենքից: Նրանք հարվածում են Ռուսաստանի տարածքին արդեն արևմտյան զինատեսակներով։ Այժմ մենք տեսնում ենք Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի դուրսբերում Կուրսկի շրջանի տարածքից, հիմա շատ տխուր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել ուկրաինական կազմավորումների մասով»,– նշեց Սապրիկան։

Ռուս քաղաքագետը հավելեց, որ, իհարկե, այժմ լիարժեք պաշտպանությունը շատ դժվար է, քանի որ մարտական գործողությունների գիծը շատ լայն է, սակայն, հավաստիացրեց նա, իրավիճակը վերահսկելի է, կազմավորվել են տարածքային պաշտպանության ուժեր, որոնք օգնում են բոլոր արտակարգ իրավիճակներում։

«Բելգորոդի ժողովուրդն արդեն տարբերում է, թե ինչով են հարվածում ուկրաինական զինված ուժերւ։ Երեսը պահելու, անպարտելիության իմիջ ստեղծելու համար ուկրաինական բանակը փորձում է գրոհել բնակելի շենքերին»,– ասաց քաղաքագետը։

Հիշեցնենք, մի քանի շաբաթ է, ինչ լարված իրավիճակ է Բելգորոդի մարզում, ինչի հետևանքով կան զոհեր ու տասնյակ վիրավորներ։ Ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ Կիևը «պատերազմը տեղափոխում է ագրեսորի տարածք»։ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, իր հերթին, հայտարարել է, որ չի ցանկանում բանակցել Ուկրաինայի հետ. «Ի՞նչ բանակցությունների մասին կարելի է խոսել այն մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր հարձակվում են քաղաքացիական անձանց, քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների վրա կամ փորձում են վտանգներ ստեղծել միջուկային էներգիայի օբյեկտների համար»։
