Ի՞նչ է փնտրում բրիտանական հետախույզը Բաքվում

Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները նախօրեին հայտնել են, թե Բաքու է այցելել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի գաղտնի հետախուզական ծառայության տնօրեն Ռիչարդ Մուրը։ «Թերդն» գործակալության փոխանցմամբ, նա դասախոսություն է կարդացել ADA համալսարանում։ Մուրն առաջին անգամ չէ, որ Բաքու է այցելում, 2020 թ. հուլիսին այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվելուց հետո բրիտանական հետախուզության ղեկավարը մի քանի անգամ այցելել է Ադրբեջան, մեկ անգամ էլ, 2022 թ.՝ Երևանում է եղել։ Բայց առաջին անգամն է, որ նրա այցի փաստը հաստատվում է պաշտոնապես։
MI6-ի ղեկավարը եղել բրիտանական դեսպան Թուրքիայում, ընկերական ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի Էրդողանի հետ, հրաշալի թուրքերեն է խոսում, երբեմն էլ՝ թուրքերեն գրառում անում սոցցանցերում։
Մեծ Բրիտանիան քաղաքական ու տնտեսական ահռելի շահեր ունի Հարավային Կովկասում, մասնավորապես՝ Ադրբեջանում, իսկ Մուրը դարձել է բրիտանական թիվ մեկ բանակցողը։ Հատկապես այսօր, երբ իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում սրվում է, վերլուծաբանները խոսում են նոր պատերազմի հնարավորության մասին, Ռուսաստանը պնդում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» վերահսկողության ու եռակողմ հայտարարության 9-րդ կետը կատարելու մասին, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետախուզության ղեկավարի այցն առանձնահատուկ չարագուշակ է դիտվում։
