Պան Գի Մունը բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարներին հրավիրել Է ստորագրել կլիմայի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիրը

 ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Պան Գի Մունը հրավիրագրեր Է ուղարկել բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարներին՝ մասնակցելու կլիմայի վերաբերյալ գլոբալ համաձայնագրի ստորագրման արարողությանը, որը 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին տեղի կունենա Նյու Յորքում համաշխարհային կազմակերպության կենտրոնակայանում:

Ինչպես հաղորդել Է ՄԱԿ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունը, այդ կապակցությամբ Պան Գի Մունը նշել Է, որ աշխարհի երկրների լայն մասնակցությունը կնպաստի կոնվենցիայի շուտափույթ ուժի մեջ մտնելուն, ինչպես նաեւ թույլ կտա ավարտել «մանրամասների հետ կապված աշխատանքը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են նոր համաձայնագրի դրույթների արդյունավետ կատարման համար»:

Անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Փարիզում կլիմայի նվիրված ՄԱԿ-ի համաշխարհային խորհրդաժողովի մասնակից 195 երկրներ հավանություն տվեցին համաձայնագրին, որը նպատակամղված Է ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների նվազեցմանը եւ գլոբալ տաքացումը հետինդուստրիալ դարաշրջանի միջին ջերմաստիճանի նկատմամբ Ցելսիուսի 1,5-2 աստիճանի սահմաններում զսպելուն: Գիտնականները կարծում են, որ ջերմաստիճանի ավելի զգալի աճը կարող Է անդառնալի հետեւանքների հանգեցնել մոլորակի Էկոլոգիայի համար:

Համաձայնագիրը 2020 թվականից հետո պետք Է փոխարինի Կիոտոյի արձանագրությանը: Դրա ուժի մեջ մտնելու պայմանը 55 երկրների կողմից վավերացումն Է, որոնց բաժին Է ընկնում ջերմոցային գազերի գլոբալ արտանետումների ընդհանուր ծավալի առնվազն 55 տոկոսը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
