Թուրքիան Վրաստանին է արտահանձնել գործարարի պատվիրված սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Ֆարիդ Գուրբանովին

Թուրքիան Վրաստան է արտահանձնել Ֆարիդ Գուրբանովին, ով մեղադրվում է 9 տարի առաջ Թբիլիսիում գործարար Բեսարիոն Խարձիանիի պայմանագրային սպանության մեջ, հայտնում է NewsGeorgia-ն։
Գուրբանովը Ինտերպոլի կողմից հետախուզվում էր 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 28-ից, հայտնում է Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը։ Սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի մարտի 28-ին, Խարձիանին գնդակահարվել է իր տան մոտ։
Ըստ քննիչների՝ սպանությունը նախապատրաստվել է ավելի քան երկու ամիս։ Գուրբանովը Թբիլիսի է թռել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 13-ին՝ օգտագործելով Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացու կեղծ անձնագիր՝ Ալեքսանդր Դամետովի անունով։
Նա հանցակից ուներ: Նրանք հերթով հսկում էին Խարձիանիի տեղաշարժերը, փոխում հագուստն ու տրանսպորտային միջոցները։ Սպանությունից անմիջապես հետո Գուրբանովն ու նրա հանցակիցը Վրաստանից հեռացել են վրաց-թուրքական սահմանի Սարպի անցակետով։
Վրաստանի դատարանը Գուրբանովին հեռակա մեղավոր է ճանաչել կանխամտածված պայմանագրային սպանության, ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն և ռազմական նյութեր ձեռք բերելու, պահելու և կրելու, Վրաստանի սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու և կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ օգտագործելու համար։ Նա դատապարտվել է անժամկետ ազատազրկման։
Գուրբանովի հանցակիցը՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացին, հեռակա դատապարտվել է 19 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ սպանությանը աջակցելու համար։ Վրաստանը նրան հետախուզման մեջ է մտցրել Ինտերպոլի կարմիր շրջաբերականով։
Գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է սպանության պատվիրատուի և այլ հնարավոր հանցակիցների ինքնությունը պարզելու համար։ Civil.ge պորտալի փոխանցմամբ՝ Խարձիանին հանրությանը հայտնի էր Թբիլիսիում Կրիա լճի վրա գտնվող համալիրի սեփականության վերաբերյալ վեճի հետ կապված։ Նա այն ձեռնարկատերերից էր, ովքեր հայտարարեցին, որ նախորդ իշխանության օրոք՝ Սահակաշվիլիի օրոք, իրեն ապօրինաբար զրկել են սեփականությունից։ Վրաստանում իշխանափոխությունից առաջ Խարձիանին երկու տարի բանտում է անցկացրել թմրանյութերի մեղադրանքով։
