Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին կեղծ և ոչ արժանահավատ տեղեկություններ է մեջբերում՝ փորձելով տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Հայաստանն իր պաշտոնավարման օրոք անվտանգ է դարձել։ Օրերս Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ նա կրկին վկայակոչել է Numbeo ինդեքսը՝ նշելով, որ Երևանն ու Հայաստանն աշխարհի ամենաապահով քաղաքներից ու երկրներից են։ 2022 թ. այդ ինդեքսում Երևանը 20-րդն էր, 2023-ին արդեն 14-րդը։

2024 թ. տվյալներով Երևանը 15-րդ հորիզոնականում է։ Համապատասխանաբար, 2023 թ. ինդեքսում Հայաստանը 7-րդ, իսկ այս տարի՝ 8-րդ հորիզոնականում է։ Խնդիրը, սակայն, ոչ թե Numbeo-ի հրապարակած ցանկն է, այլ դրա մեթոդաբանությունը: Numbeo-ն չունի վստահելի հարթակի համբավ, և դրա հրապարակած վարկանիշերը հիմնված չեն վիճակագրական տվյալների վրա: Դրանք կազմված են օգտատերերի աջակցությամբ և նրանց անանուն առաջարկությունների հիման վրա։ Կայքում հրապարակված տվյալները կրկնակի ստուգում չեն անցնում, և չկա հրապարակված մեթոդաբանություն, թե ինչի հիման վրա են արվում հաշվարկները։

Ցանկացած օգտատեր կարող է մասնակցել հարցումներին՝ ազդելով վիճակագրության վրա։ Երևանի անվտանգության վերաբերյալ վերջին տվյալները հիմնված են 254 օգտատիրոջ գնահատականի հիման վրա։ Numbeo-ն հիմնադրվել է 2009 թվականին Սերբիայում՝ ոմն Մլադեն Ադամովիչի նախաձեռնությամբ, և հնարավորություն է տալիս օգտատերերին տրամադրել տեղեկություններ և համեմատել աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում ապրուստի գնին և կյանքի որակին վերաբերող այլ տվյալներ։

Numbeo-ի տվյալները հաճախ հայտնվել են նաև քննադատության կենտրոնում, իսկ հարթակը երբեք չի համարվել վստահելի՝ վիճակագրական տվյալների կամ հետևություններ անելու համար։ Փաշինյանն իր մանիպուլյացիոն հայտարարություններն արել էր նաև հունվարին, և այն ժամանակ էլ փաստերի ստուգման հարթակներն արձանագրել էին նրա ոչ արժանահավատ պնդումները։ Դասը Փաշինյանը, կարծես, չի սերտել և կրկին կեղծիք է տարածում։
