Авраам Руссо дал показания на спортсмена-борца Тархана Эльдукаева, обвиняемого в покушении на него

Певец Авраам Руссо дал показания на спортсмена-борца Тархана Эльдукаева, который обвиняется в похищении и попытке покушения на артиста, сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на материалы дела.

Из постановления о продлении ареста спортсмену следует, что показания певца использовали для проверки обоснованности подозрения в причастности Эльдукаева к инкриминируемым ему преступлениям. Также в работе задействовали заключения экспертиз и показания других участников дела.

Покушение на Руссо произошло в 2006 году в Москве. В певца несколько раз выстрелили из автомата Калашникова, в результате чего он получил ранения бедра и голени. По версии следствия, покушение заказал бывший владелец Черкизовского рынка Тельман Исмаилов.

В декабре 2022 года Хамовнический суд Москвы приговорил соучастников покушения к 12 и 9 годам колонии. Оба осужденных отбывают наказание в исправительной колонии строгого режима.

В октябре 2023 Басманный суд Москвы вынес решение о заключении под стражу третьего участника дела — Эльдукаева. Однако в июле текущего года суд обязал СК РФ частично прекратить уголовное преследование в отношении бывшего борца-вольника. Защита доказала, что сроки давности по обвинению в похищении истекли еще в 2019 году.
