«ARARAT» գրառմամբ ծխախոտի տուփից ադամանդանման քարեր են հայտնաբերվել. ՊԵԿ-ը ներմուծման փորձը կանխել է (տեսանյութ)
VIDEO«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի ուղևորների ժամանման սրահի մաքսային հսկողության գոտում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի մաքսային ծառայողները էլեկտրոնային առևտրի և օդային տրանսպորտով իրականացվող փոխադրումների վարչության ուղևորների մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության բաժնի մաքսային ծառայողների հետ համատեղ բացահայտել են ադամանդանման քարերի մաքսանենգության նոր դեպք:
ՊԵԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ մաքսային հսկողության է ենթարկվել Շարժա-Երևան չվերթով ժամանած ՀՀ քաղացի Դ․ Բ-ն և վերջինիս ուղեբեռը:
Նրա նկատմամբ իրականացված մաքսային զննման արդյունքում անձնագրիքապատյանի միջից հայտնաբերվել են 1 ադամանդանման թափանցիկ քար և «GIA» հավաստագիր: Նույն պայուսակում առկա «ARARAT» լատինատառ գրառմամբ ծխախոտի տուփից հայտնաբերվել է նաև տարբեր տրամաչափերով ադամանդանման 17 թափանցիկ քար։ Տվյալ քաղաքացու ճամպրուկից հայտնաբերվել է տարբեր գրառումներով ադամանդների 94 հավաստագիր: Ճամպրուկից հայտնաբերվել է նաև 3 պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ՝ լցված ադամանդանման թափանցիկ մանր քարերով, որոնց ընդհանուր քաշը կազմում է 69 գրամ:
Իսկ քաղաքացու հագին գտնվող տաբատի՝ գործարանային կարվածքի տեսք ունեցող գոտկամասի միջ էլ հայտնաբերվել են գաղտնարանների օգտագործմամբ, ապրանքների հայտնաբերումը դժվարացնող եղանակներով մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված, ինքնակպչուն ժապավենով իրար միացված տարբեր տրամաչափերով ադամանդանման 91 թափանցիկ քար։
ՀՀ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ իրականացված անձի մաքսային զննման արդյունքում և ճամպրուկից, ընդհանուր առմամբ, հայտնաբերվել է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված, տարբեր տրամաչափերով ադամանդանման 109 թափանցիկ քար, ինչպես նաև 69 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով 3 պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակում լցված ադամանդանման թափանցիկ մանր քարեր։
«Ռազմավարական տեսակետից կարևոր հումքային ապրանքների և մշակութային արժեքների ցանկը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ մշակված բնական ադամանդներն ընդգրկված են նույն որոշմամբ սահմանված ցանկում, և մաքսային մարմնի տեղեկատվական բազայում առկա տվյալների համաձայն՝ հայտնաբերված ադամանդանման թափանցիկ քարերի մաքսային արժեքը գերազանցում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 292-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված ռազմավարական տեսակետից կարևոր հումքային ապրանքների խոշոր չափը` 8 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամը:
ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցները, ռազմավարական տեսակետից կարևոր հումքային ապրանքների մաքսանենգություն կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի ուղևորների ժամանման սրահի մաքսային հսկողության գոտում ձերբակալել և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն են տեղափոխել քաղաքացի Դ․Բ․-ին:
Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 292-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով կազմվել է մաքսանենգության դեպքի վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն։
