ԵԽԽՎ-ում հակահայկական զեկույցների դեմ առցանց ստորագրահավաքին միացել են օտարերկրացիներ

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարգում ընդգրկված հակահայկական զեկույցների դեմ համացանցում նախաձեռնած ստորագրահավաքի նպատակը հասարակական մեծ շարժում սկսելն ու հայ հասարակությանն այդ զեկույցների մասին տեղյակ պահելն է: Այս մասին հայտնեցին Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակից՝ պատասխանելով «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանը: «Ստորագրահավաքին միացել են ոչ միայն հայեր, այլ նաև օտարեկրացիներ, ովքեր ընդվզում են Ադրբեջանի աշխատաոճի և եվրոպական մի շարք կառույցների ոչ ժողովրդավարական կեցվածքի դեմ»,- ասված է Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակի պատասխանի մեջ:
Գրասենյակից հայտնեցին նաև, որ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության անդամները հունվարի 26-ին լիագումար նիստի ընթացքում, երբ կքննարկվեն հակահայկական զեկույցները, պետք է ներկայացնեն նաև դրանց դեմ կազմակերպված ստորագրահավաքի արդյունքները:
ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարում ընդգրկված է երկու հակահայկական զեկույց: Դրանք են՝ բրիտանացի խորհրդարանական Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի «Բռնության աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի մյուս օկուպացված տարածքներում» և Բոսնիայի ու Հերցեգովինայի ներկայացուցիչ Միլիցա Մարկովիչի «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչները կանխամտածված կերպով զրկվում են ջրից» զեկույցները: Զեկույցները քվեարկության կդրվեն հունվարի 26-ին:
Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը համացանցում ստորագրահավաք է նախաձեռնել՝ ընդդեմ ԵԽԽՎ օրակարգում ընդգրկված հակահայկական զեկույցների: Առցանց ստորագրահավաքին միացել է ավելի քան 8 հազար մարդ:
ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի մեկնարկից առաջ վեհաժողովի արդեն նախկին նախագահ Անն Բրասյորը հանդես էր եկել մամուլի ասուլիսով, որի ժամանակ չէր բացառել, որ հակահայկական զեկույցները կարող են քննարկման չդրվել: Նա հայտարարել է, որ կան բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ՝ հակահայկական բանաձևերի նախագծերի վերաբերյալ քննարկում չանցկացնել։ Նա հավելել է, որ վերջնական որոշում պետք է կայացնի վեհաժողովը՝ քննարկե՞լ նախագծերը, թե՞ ոչ կամ դրանք հետ ուղարկել հանձնաժողով: Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակից ևս «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեցին, որ կա հավանականություն, որ այդ բան աձևերը քննարկման չեն դրվի:
