Հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կփոխանցվի շուրջ 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար. հերթական հաշտության համաձայնությունն է կնքվել

Գլխավոր դատախազությունը, ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործառույթի շրջանակում, 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ին կնքել է հաշտության համաձայնություն, որով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանը և նրան փոխկապակցված անձինք պարտավորվել են հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխանցել 200 մլն ՀՀ դրամ (շուրջ 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար):
Գլխավոր դատախազությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 8-ին Գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունում որոշում էր կայացվել Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանին պատկանող գույքի առնչությամբ սկսել ուսումնասիրություն:
Պատասխանողների ներկայացրած լրացուցիչ նյութերի և դիրքորոշումների հիման վրա՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանից և նրան փոխկապակցված անձանցից պահանջվել էր հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերադարձնել՝
- 5 անշարժ գույք.
- 1 տրանսպորտային միջոց.
- 12 բանկային ավանդ և պարտատոմսեր.
- 20 մլն 384 հազար դրամ՝ որպես ապօրինի դրամական միջոցների մնացորդ.
- 54 մլն 210 հազար դրամ, որը չի հիմնավորվում անձի օրինական եկամուտներով, ունի ապօրինի ծագում, փոխանցվել է բարեխիղճ ձեռքբերողի կամ հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել և բռնագանձել:
2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին շահագրգիռ անձանց կողմից ներկայացվել է վարույթը հաշտության համաձայնությամբ ավարտելու վերաբերյալ դիմում:
2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ին կնքվել է հաշտության համաձայնություն, որով պատասխանողները պարտավորվել են հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխանցել 200 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, ինչը կազմում է հայցագնի 79 տոկոսը:
2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության և պատասխանողների միջև կնքված հաշտության համաձայնությունը ներկայացվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ հաստատման (Քաղաքացիական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ նշված հաշտության համաձայնությունը դատարանի կողմից ենթակա է հաստատման մեկամսյա ժամկետում)։
