«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
bizzone.info-ն «Ուկրաինացի գինեգործները պատժամիջոցներ են պահանջում Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ուկրաինական գինի արտադրողները չեն դիմանում ե վ ր ո պ ա կան ապ րան ք ա ն ի շ ե ր ի հ ե տ մրցակցությանը և կառավարությունից պահանջում են նվազեցնել ակցիզային հարկերը, ինչպես նաև պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել անդրկովկասյան գինի արտադրողների դեմ։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Ուկրվինպրոմ» կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Կուչերենկոն։
«Խնդիրը ներքին գինեգործական արտադրանքի մրցունակության բացակայությունն է, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով նույն «Made in Ukraine»-ում գինու մասին խոսք չկա, թեև այն Եվրոպայում կարևոր պարենային ապրանք է և գինու համար նվազագույն ակցիզային հարկ է դրված, մինչդեռ Ուկրաինայում փրփրուն գինիների համար այն կազմում է 12,23 գրիվնա (մոտ 0,3 դոլար): Հետևաբար, հարկաբյուջետային նման պայմաններում ներմուծվող ապրանքների հետ մրցակցությունն ուղղակի անիրատեսական է»,- ասել է նա «Ուկրինֆորմ» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում։
Ըստ Կուչերենկոյի, խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներից մեկը գինու ակցիզային հարկի իջեցումն է եվրոպական մակարդակի, սակայն որպես մեկ այլ միջոց նա առաջարկել է նվազեցնել մրցակցությունը պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելով Անդրկովկասի գինի արտադրողների դեմ։ «Գինեգործները կառավարությունից ակնկալում են աջակցություն արդեն մեկ տարի է, «Ուկրվինպրոմը» խնդրել է պետությանը պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Վրաստանից ու Հայաստանից մի շարք գինի և կոնյակ արտադրողների նկատմամբ, որոնց արտադրանքը մատակարարվում է նաև ռուսական շուկա: Բայց, չնայած խոստումներին, այդ արտադրողների ապրանքները շարունակում են վաճառվել մեզ մոտ»,- ասել է նա։
