«Սյունիքից մենք զորք ետ չենք քաշել, երբ որ դուք այն տեղը, որտեղից զորք է ետ քաշվել, անվանում եք Սյունիք, դուք դրանով դուռ եք բացում Ադրբեջանի համար, որ ասի՝ Արևելյան Զանգեզուր, Արևմտյան Զանգեզուր»:
Այս մասին Կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ արձագանքելով «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյանի հարցին:
«Ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել. դուք նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո Սյունիքից զորքերը ետ եք քաշել, Արցախի հարցը այլևս չեք քննարկում Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, տավուշյան առաջնագծից զորքերը միակողմանի ետ եք քաշել Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, Ադրբեջան ասում է՝ Հայաստանը Սահմանադրությունը պետք է փոխի, ՀՀ-ում սկսվում է նման օրակարգ: Ադրբեջանն ի՞նչ է զիջում, սա է պարզ հարցը, միակողմանի զիջումներ են, դրա համար չկա բանակցություն»,- ասաց Վարդանյանը:
Վարչապետն արձագանքեց՝ ասելով. «Խոսում եք Տավուշից զորք ետ քաշելու մասին, ասում եմ՝ մենք Տավուշից զորք ետ չենք քաշել: Դուք ասում եք՝ խաղաղություն, ես ասում եմ, այո, լուրջ եմ ասում: Ձեր կողքի նստած ընկերը Կիրանցի համար ապոկալիպսիս էր կանխատեսում, այսօր Կիրանցում խաղաղություն է: Դուք էիք ասում՝ Կիրանցի դպրոցը չի լինելու, ճանապարհը չի լինելու, Կիրանցի եկեղեցին մզկիթ է դառնալու, բա այդ ձեր ասած ստերի համար ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու, բա գնացեք ցույց տվեք այդ մզկիթ դարձած եկեղեցին, գնացեք նայեք՝ Կիրանցում երեխեքը դպրոց գնո՞ւմ են, թե՞ չեն գնում, գնացեք տեսեք՝ Կիրանցում երեխեքը վախեցա՞ծ են, թե՞ վախեցած չեն, գնացեք տեսեք՝ Ոսկեպարի ժողովուրդը վախեցա՞ծ է, թե՞ վախեցած չէ»:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը նաև նշեց՝ մտածողության ռեժիմից պետք է դուրս գանլ, որ «մենք հաղթեցինք, Ադրբեջանը պարտվեց, կամ Ադրբեջանը հաղթեց, մենք պարտվեցինք»:
«Այն, ինչ որ մենք այսօր անում ենք, մեր արածի ֆոկուսը Ադրբեջանը չէ, ՀՀ-ն է և նրա պետական շահերը, մենք ինչ անում ենք, անում ենք հանուն ՀՀ պետական շահերի: Էդ որ ասում եք՝ Կիրանցի պատը 3-րդ հանրապետության ամենամեծ խայտառակությունն է: Կիրանցի պատը 3-րդ հանրապետության ամենամեծ հաջողությունն է, որովհետև դրանից ՀՀ-ն ստացել է պետական սահման, խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն շատ փոքր հատվածում»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
