Շուտով լրանում է Արցախի կորստի մեկ տարին։ Արցախցիները, որ ապաստանել են ՀՀ տարբեր մարզերում ու Երևանում, անցնող դժվար տարում հասցրել են աշխատանք գտնել, ապրել նոր միջավայրում։ Շատերը, չհարմարվելով, գաղթել են այլ երկրներ։ Սակայն, MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը նշում է, որ հետ վերադառնալու հավատը չեն կորցնում։
Ստեփանակերտցի ակտիվիստ Ժաննա Արզումանյանն Արցախի հետ կատարվածը միայն ՀՀ իշխանություններին չի վերագրում։ Սլաքներն ուղղում է նաև Արցախի ղեկավարությանը, ովքեր ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում չեն կարողացել ղեկավարել երկիրը։
«Վառելիքի պահեստի պայթյունն ամենավառ օրինակն է։ Ի՞նչ արեց մեր կառավարությունը։ Պատերազմից ավելի շատ զոհեր ունեցանք այստեղ, և սա միանշանակ սխալ ղեկավարման և կամ անգործության արդյունք էր»,- ասաց նա։
Ժաննա Արզումանյանը ասում է, եթե քաղաքական որոշումները կայացվում էին Երևանում՝ Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի կողմերի հետ համատեղ, ապա գոնե անվտանգային հարցերը պետք էր լուծվեին Արցախում։
«Հատկապես վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխության ու դրան հաջորդած հայտարարություններից պարզ էր, որ պատերազմ լինելու է։ Ալիևը չէր թաքցնում իր այսպես կոչված հակաահաբեկչական գործողության մասին։ Սակայն, այն ինչ տեղի ունեցավ խաղաղ բնակչության հետ, նաև մեր ղեկավարության մեղքով էր։ Հայտարարում են, թե «զինադադարից հետո ՊԲ զորքերը տեղակայման դիրքերից հանել ենք անվտանգ»։ Դասական սուտ, մի սպա էլ իմ եղբայրն է, չասեմ՝ ինչ ճանապարհներով են դուրս եկել։ Նրանց մեծ մասը հետո զոհվել է Հայկազովի պահեստում»,- ընդգծում է մեր զրուցակիցը, հարցնում, թե ժողովրդին, խաղաղ բնակչությանն ինչո՞ւ անվտանգ չօգնեցին դուրս գալ, և կամ ի՞նչու վառելիքը ժամանակին չտրամադրվեցին լցակայաններին, հավասարապես բաշխելու բնակչությանը։
«Համատարած խուճապ էր, ղեկավարների մեծ մասն իրենց տեղերում չէին, դրա համար ստեղծվեց այն քաոսը, որից դուրս գալն առանց մարդկային կորուստների չստացվեց։ Եվ այդ մեղքն իրենց վրա է։ Սակայն, դա մի կողմ, ամենացավեցնողը Արցախում կատարված հուղարկավորումներն էին։ Որևէ մեկը հանձն չառավ կրել այդ պատասխանատվությունը, որ այնտեղ թարմ շիրիմ չմնա։ Անսիրտ տականքների պատճառով, հիմա մեր սիրտն է ցավում։ Կարևորը, այստեղ վայելեն մեզանից գողացված փողերը, զարկ տան իրենց բիզնեսներին»,- հավելեց արցախցի կինը։
