Սեպտեմբերի 5-ի ժամը 22.15-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ դանակահարության հետևանքով բուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել Այնթապ գյուղի բնակիչ 18 և 42 տարեկան երկու տղամարդ:
Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում Այնթապ գյուղի գերեզմանատան տարածքում Այնթապ գյուղի բնակիչ 53-ամյա տղամարդը, երկու որդիները և նրանց 10-ից ավելի ընկերները վիճաբանել են հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված հայր և որդու ու նրանց ազգականի հետ, որի ընթացքում իրենց հետ նախապես վերցրած դանակով, գարեջրի կոտրած շշերով, ինչպես նաև ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել նրանց: 18-ամյա երիտասարդը մարմնի տարբեր մասերում ստացել է կտրած-ծակած թափանցող բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներ, մարմնական վնասվածք է ստացել նաև նրա 42-ամյա հայրը:
Հետագա միջոցառումներով այնթապցի 53-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին: Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Մասիսի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել:
Տուժող 42-ամյա տղամարդը հաղորդում է տվել, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ իր որդուն դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել ձերբակալված 53-ամյա տղամարդու 26-ամյա որդին:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ 26-ամյա երիտասարդին, հանցագործության մյուս մասնակիցներին, ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիքները հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Սեպտեմբերի 8-ի ժամը 5.30-ին «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ 18-ամյա երիտասարդը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:
