Գյուղացիների հետ ամեն հանդիպման ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է գյուղացուն համոզել , որ աղքատությունը գյուղացու գլխում է ,կամ անգլերեն չիմանալու մեջ։ Որպես փաստարկ էլ բերում է, թե ոչխար պահեք, շահութաբեր է։ -How much? Իբր, որ անգլերեն հարցրեցինք ոչխարի գինը կբարձրանա։

Իսկ ինչ է ստացվում իրականում։ Տարին ունի 12 ամիս ( էվրիկա)։ Բարձր լեռնային շրջաններում ուղիղ 6 ամիս ոչխարը մնում է փարախում։ Ուստի ամռանը պետք է խոտի հարց լուծել, ոչխարի քմահաճույքները ձմռանը հոգալու համար։ Յուրաքանչյուր գյուղացի ունի 1հա վարելահող և 0,75 (լավ դե ճոխացնենք, թող դա էլ լինի 1հա) արոտավայր։ Եթե ընդունենք, որ վարելահողը գյուղացին ցորեն չի ցանի, կամ կարտոֆիլ, այլ անասնակեր, և հետո կհիշենք, որ 1հա-ից հնարավոր է ստանալ առավելագույնը 2տոննա խոտ, իսկ ոչ մշակված հողից 1,5 տոննա, ստացվում է մեկ գյուղացին տարվա վեց ամիսների համար ունի ընդամենը 3,5 տոննա խոտ։ Մեկ ոչխարը օրեկան ուտում է 2-3կգ խոտ։ 6 ամսվա ընթացքում մեկ ոչխարը ուտում է մոտավոր 400-500կգ խոտ։ Իսկ տարվա համար կուտակած խոտը ստացվում է 3,5տոննա÷400կգ= 9 ոչխար ։ Անցնենք շահույթին. 9ոչխար =9 գառ։ Մեկ գառի արժեքը 40 000 դրամ։ Ստացվում է գյուղացին մեկ տարվա համար ունի ընդամենը 360 000 դրամ շահույթ։ Ամիսների բաժանելն ու  խոտքաղի ծախսերն էլ որ հանում է, գյուղացուն մնում է միայն անգլերեն սովորելն ու Մեքսիկայով ԱՄՆ գնալը։

Իսկ թե ինչո՞ւ գյուղերում ներդրումներ չեն լինում և միայն սպառնալիքներ են հնչում, թե գյուղացու գլխում է աղքատությունը , պարզ է ... Չէ ,որ կարևորը ասֆալտն է , իսկ ասֆալտ ասելիս ,շատերի ծնկները ծալվում են գրպանի բովանդակության կտրուկ աճից ։

Ոչխարների միֆը տրաքեց օդում, հաջորդը տանձն ու թուզն են ։
