Choice-naroda.org-ը «Հայաստանի քաղաքական ուղին Ղարաբաղի օտարումից հետո» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ օգոստոսի վերջին Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարության ղեկավարը հայտարարել է սահմանադրական հաջորդ հանրաքվեի մասին, որը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել 2027 թվականին։ Քաղաքագետ, Accents վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, փորձագետ Անտոն Չաբլինը խոսել է այն մասին, թե ինչպես կարող են Հայաստանում հիմնական օրենքի շուրջ քննարկումները ազդել երկրում քաղաքական ուժերի հավասարակշռության վրա:

«Հայաստանում սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն, իհարկե, դառնալու է 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի հիմնական թեման։ Միայն թե, կարծում եմ, Ռուսաստանում այդ թեման ուշադրության կենտրոնում չի լինի, քանի որ լինելու են մեր Պետդումայի ընտրությունները։ Անկախ նրանից, թե Սահմանադրության փոփոխության ի՞նչ առաջարկներ կանի Փաշինյանի թիմը, իշխանության և ընդդիմության դիրքորոշումները տարբեր կլինեն: Վերցրեք թեկուզ Սահմանադրության նախաբանը, որտեղից Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է հանել 1990 թվականի Անկախության հռչակագրին հղումը։ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է, որ ոչ մի դեպքում ընդառաջ չի գնա Ադրբեջանին և չի փոխի նախաբանը:

Իսկ ընդդիմությունը հակառակն է պնդում՝ իբր Փաշինյանն արդեն բանակցում է Ադրբեջանի հետ և պատրաստվում է փոխել Սահմանադրության այդ կետը։ Այսինքն, իշխանություններն ինչ էլ ասեն, ընդդիմությունը նրանց կմեղադրի ստախոսության մեջ։ Եվ հակառակը։ Սա հայկական քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունն է, որտեղ Ղարաբաղի օտարումից հետո խաղադրույքները չափազանց աճել են։ Ամեն ինչ խոսում է այն մասին, որ 2026 թվականի ընտրությունները լինելու են չափազանց կոշտ և նույնիսկ դաժան։ Ընդ որում, Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների թեման միակը չի լինելու, որի վրա կսևեռվի հասարակությունը։ Անշուշտ, ակտիվորեն կքննարկվեն նաև Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի հետ ապագա հարաբերությունների հարցերը»,– կարծիք է հայտնել Անտոն Չաբլինը։
