Ո՞ւմ է ձեռնտու նման «տեղեկություններ» դաշտ նետելը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Տեղեկատվական հարթակներում հայտնված լուրը, թե իբր Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես սկսել է Ուկրաինային մատակարարել խորհրդային արտադրության զենքեր, բավականին մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացրել։ Մասնավորաբար, նշվում է, թե իբր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Եվրահանձնաժողովի միջև կնքվել է համաձայնագիր, ըստ որի, Հայաստանը Վրաստանի նավահանգստով Եվրոպային կփոխանցի խորհրդային արտադրության տանկեր և հակաօդային պաշտպանության հրթիռներ, որոնց ընդհանուր արժեքը կկազմի 210 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Ավելին, ասում են՝ իբր Երևանը Կիևին կփոխանցի իր գործող հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերը և 152 մմ-ոց հրետանին։ Այս տեղեկությունը ոչ միայն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, այլև Հայաստանի ու հայերի հասցեին մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելու առիթ է դարձել:
Այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս տարիների ընթացքում Կիևի հետ "սիրախաղերի" մեջ է եղել, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Ուկրաինան, ըստ տարբեր տեղեկությունների, 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ֆոսֆորային զենք է վաճառել Ադրբեջանին, ակնհայտ է: Սակայն բանն այն է, որ վերոնշյալ տեղեկության առումով՝ կապված Ուկրաինային զենք վաճառելու հետ, չկա որևէ ապացույց, որևէ փաստարկ: Այդ դեպքում ո՞ւմ է ձեռնտու դաշտ նետել նման տեղեկություն: Ռուսաստանին ձեռնտու չէ ավելի վատացնել Հայաստանի հետ առանց այն էլ վատացող հարաբերությունները: Ստացվում է՝ դա առաջին հերթին կարող է ձեռնտու լինել Արևմուտքին, որի գլխավոր նպատակը հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները մինչև վերջ փչացնելն է, ինչ միջոցներով էլ լինի:
Առավել ևս, եթե ուշադրություն դարձնենք, որ հատուկ շեշտադրվում է նաև Վրաստանը, որտեղ տևական ժամանակ Արևմուտքը փորձում է ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը։ Այսինքն, ըստ էության, Հարավային Կովկասում դիրքերի էական թուլացումից հետո Արևմուտքն անցնում է այլ մեթոդների:
