«Լուծարման» փաստաթղթին հղում է անում մեկ Ալիևի կառավարությունը, մեկ էլ՝ Փաշինյանի. Սաղաթելյան

Ցինիզմը պետք է աստիճան ունենա․ Արցախը հանձնել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ Ալիևի և Էրդողանի հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Դրա փաստերը կան՝ սկսած Պրահայի հայտարարությունից, վերջացրած 44-օրյա պատերազմով ու դրա ավարտով: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի ստորագրած փաստաթղթին՝ Սաղաթելյանն ասաց. «Լուծարման, այսպես կոչված, փաստաթղթից նախ իշխանությունները տեղյակ են եղել: Այդ փաստաթղթին հղում անում է 2 կառավարություն՝ մեկ Ալիևի կառավարությունը, մեկ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, այդ փաստաթղթին հղում են անում Մեջլիսի պատգամավորները և ՔՊ-ի պատգամավորները։ Ուրիշ որևէ մեկն այդ առոչինչ փաստաթուղթը լուրջ չի ընդունում: Այդ փաստաթուղթը գոյություն չունի, չեղարկվել է, այդ մասին պաշտոնապես ՀՀ այսօրվա կառավարությունը տեղյակ է: Հետևաբար, Արցախը ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի մաս, ինն ամիս մարդկանց պահել բլոկադայի մեջ, ամեն ինչ անել Արցախը հանձնելու համար, հետո գալ ու կառչել մի չեղած փաստաթղթից, լուրջ չէ»:
Պատգամավորը շեշտեց՝ այսինքն ստացվում է՝ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը մեղավոր է, նախկինները, արցախցիները և այլն, և այլն մեղավոր են, Ալիևը մեղավոր չէ՞, որ ցեղասպանություն իրականացրեց:
«Տեսե՞լ եք մի անգամ Ալիևին մեղադրեն էթնիկ զտման, ցեղասպանության համար: Միայն գաղթի ճանապարհին 60 մարդ է մահացել, տեսե՞լ եք՝ խոսեն այդ մասին: Այսինքն՝ բոլորը մեղավոր են: Արցախի Հանրապետությունն այսօր օկուպացված է Ադրբեջանի կողմից, Արցախի ժողովուրդը, որն Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության հիմքն է և այսօր գտնվում է ՀՀ-ում, իսկ Արցախի ժողովուրդների կողմից ձևավորված պետական ինստիտուտները Հայաստանում պետք է պահպանվեն և դրանց լուծարմամբ հետաքրքրված են մեր թշնամիները»,- նշեց նա:
