«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամների երաշխիքների մասին» օրինագծի քննարկմանը ՊՆ-ն ուղարկել էր իրավաբանական վարչության մի կին աշխատակցի: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում մտքերի փոխանակման ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը:
«Ուղարկել էին սոցապ նախարարի տեղակալին, որն ընդհանրապես տեղյակ չէր այդ նախագծից: Այս հարցը ոչ թե պետք է անհանգստացնի «Հայաստան» ու «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցություններին, այլ պետք է անհանգստացնի ձեզ՝ կառավարող ուժի խմբակցությանը: Այս նախագիծն առաջինը պետք է կառավարությունը բերի, որի հեշտացնի այդ մարդկանց գործը: Որ չգնան վարձ մուծելու, ամեն անգամ չասեն գնացեք այդ թուղթը բերեք, քննարկենք։ Այդ թղթի հետ ծնողը չի ուզում առնչվել: Դժվա՞ր է այնպես անել, որ այդ մարդիկ այդ տառապանքը ամեն օր չստանան, հավեսով դեմ եք քվեարկում, բա չե՞ք մտածում՝ ինչի՞ն եք դեմ քվեարկում »,- ասաց Նազարյանը
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԺ-ն 31 կողմ և 57 դեմ ձայներով մերժեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամների երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է սահմանել ՀՀ պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամների երաշխիքները, դրանց տրամադրման պայմաններն ու կարգը, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրները: Առաջարկը քննարկվել է ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի՝ սեպտեմբերի 6-ի նիստում:
