ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչների և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է մեկ ոստիկանի սպանության, ևս չորսի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքը:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 7-րդ կետերի, 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 7-րդ կետերով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին, պարզվել են քննության համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Արմավիրի մարզի Նալբանդյան բնակավայրի բնակիչ է։

Քննությամբ, մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ 2024թ. սեպտեմբերի 7-ին օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ վերջինս եղբոր անվամբ հաշվառված «VAZ 210740 I» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում ապօրինի հրազեն է պահում:

Նշված տեղեկատվությունն իրացնելու նպատակով ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողներից բաղկացած խումբը մեկնել է Նալբանդյան բնակավայր:

Նկատելով ոստիկաններին՝ նշված անձն իր մոտ գտնվող ինքնաձիգից անսպասելի սկսել է անկանոն կրակահերթ արձակել ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ, որի պատճառով ոստիկաններից երկուսը ստացել են հրազենային վնասվածքներ, իսկ կրակոցներ արձակած անձը դիմել է փախուստի՝ իր հետ տանելով նաև ինքնաձիգը:

Հրազենային վնասվածքներ ստացած ոստիկաններն անմիջապես տեղափոխել են բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ նրանցից մեկը, ստացված մարմնական վնասվածքներից, մահացել է:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է «Լադա» մակնիշի տրանսպորտային միջոցը՝ դիմապակուն հրազենային վնասվածքներով, իսկ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ հայտնաբերվել են պարկուճներ: Ոստիկանները ճանաչվել են տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ:

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում, դեպքից հաշված ժամեր անց, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարող անձը ձերբակալվել է և տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունքներ։ Հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք` «AK -74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգը՝ լիցաքավորված 10 փամփուշտներով:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Կատարվում են ապացուցողական և վարութային գործողություններ։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ ինքնաձիգի ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը տրվել են հանձնարարություններ:
