Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Նալբանդյան համայնքի 41-ամյա բնակիչ Մանուկ Մարգարյանն իր մոտ պահում է հրազեն։

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։

Ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19։30-ի սահմաններում, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողները

Նալբանդյան համայնքում հայտնաբերել են Մանուկ Մարգարյանին «Վազ 2107» մեքենայի մեջ։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ նկատելով իրավապահներին՝ 41-ամյա տղամարդը մեքենայի միջից իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգով կրակոցներ է արձակել ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ, այնուհետև իջել և շարունակել է արձակել կրակոցներ, ինչից հետո դիմել է փախուստի։

Կրակոցների հետևանքով մահացել է ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի օպերլիազոր, ոստիկանության կապիտան Հայրապետ Ստեփանյանը, իսկ նույն բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկան, ոստիկանության լեյտենանտ Արթուր Այվազյանը ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ և տեղափոխվել Արմավիրի բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը, Ոստիկանության պետ-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, ՆԳ նախարարության, ոստիկանության ղեկավար կազմը, ոստիկանության, Դատախազության և Քննչական կոմիտեի օպերատիվ խմբեր։

Ձեռնարկվել են միջոցառումներ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Տեղի ունեցածից ժամեր անց՝ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, ժամը 2:40-ի սահմաններում, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում սպանության և սպանության փորձ կատարելու, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի զենք կրելու և պահելու մեջ կասկածվող 41-ամյա Մանուկ Մարգարյանը հայտնաբերվել է Արմավիրի մարզի Նալբանդյան համայնքում, ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել Քննչական կոմիտե:

Հանցագործության գործիք ինքնաձիգը հայտնաբերվել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Կատարվում է նախաքննություն։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
