Երեկ Ազգային ժողովում տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության նիստ: Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, քննարկվել են սեպտեմբերի 9-ին մեկնարկող ԱԺ հերթական նստաշրջանի և քառօրյա նիստերի օրակարգային հարցերը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդի անդամի, Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովի անդամի ընտրության հարցերին:

Ուշագրավ է, որ օրեր շարունակ նշվում էր, թե նիստին մասնակցելու է նաև վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ կուսակիցներին հանձնարարություններ տալու, նաև պասիվության համար կոշտ քննադատելու նպատակով։ Վերջին պահին, սակայն, Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել խմբակցության նիստին, որը գումարել են ոչ թե ՔՊ գրասենյակում, այլ խորհրդարանում։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությունները փոխանցել են խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանն ու քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, նիստն անցել է սովորական հունով, քննարկել են, թե ինչպես են հակադարձելու ընդդիմության գործողություններին, ինչ նախագծեր են քվեարկելու, ինչպես են համակարգելու աշխատանքները։

Համենայն դեպս, խմբակցության ղեկավարությունը նշել է, թե առաջիկայում մեծ հավաք է լինելու, որտեղ մանրամասն անդրադարձ է կատարվելու յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններին, ուստի կոչ են արել ակտիվանալ, աչքի ընկնել, որ ՔՊ ղեկավարությունը կոշտ միջոցների չդիմի։
