Ալիևի 80 տոկոսը և ամերիկյան այցը Բաքու

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանն արդեն համաձայնեցրել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի գրեթե 80 տոկոսը։ «Մենք արդեն հասել ենք սահմանազատման: Սահմանազատվել է 13 կմ-ոց սահմանը: Հայաստանի հետ մեր սահմանը 1000 կմ է, բայց սա քայլ է ճիշտ ուղղությամբ: Մենք հուսով ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներկայացված խաղաղ բանակցությունների հետ կապված նախաձեռնությունը կհանգեցնի խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը»,- ասել է նա:
Օրերս էլ իր մեծ ասուլիսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր հայտարարել, թե Երևանն ու Բաքուն ամբողջովին համաձայնեցրել են խաղաղության համաձայնագրի 17 հոդվածից 13-ը։ Փաշինյանը նշել էր, թե Երևանը նոր առաջարկ է ներկայացրել Բաքվին՝ ստորագրել այն հոդվածների տակ, որոնք արդեն համաձայնեցվել են՝ մյուսների քննարկումը թողնելով ապագային։ «Ինչո՞ւ ենք մենք դա հնարավոր համարում, որովհետև ըստ էության այնտեղ արձանագրված են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության բոլոր հիմնարար սկզբունքները և այսպես, թե այնպես մենք և երբևէ որևէ մեկը չի կարող ունենալ այնպիսի խաղաղության կամ որևէ պայմանագիր, որ բոլոր հնարավոր հարցերը կարգավորի: Մեր առաջարկի էությունը հետևյալն է՝ էս պահին ինչ համաձայնեցված է, դա ստորագրել ու վավերացնել, մնացած բոլոր հնարավոր հարցերի քննարկումը շարունակել», - ընդգծել էր վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը։
Ալիևն առաջարկին չի պատասխանել, ինչը վկայում է, որ Ադրբեջանն առանձնապես մտադիր չէ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել, քանի որ դեռ զիջումներ ունի կորզելու Հայաստանից։
Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությունները հնչում են ամերիկյան հատուկ ծառայությունների պատվիրակության այցի ֆոնին։ Երեկ Բաքու է ժամանել ԱՄՆ Պաշտպանական հետախուզության գործակալության Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի ղեկավար Պատրիկ Փրայորը: Ինչպես գրել է Բաքվում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպան Մարկ Լիբբին, Փրայորի այցի նպատակն էր «Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հետ խորհրդակցությունները երկու երկրների միջև անվտանգային հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման ուղիների շուրջ»: Այլ մանրամասներ չեն փոխանցվում: Հայտնի չէ նաև, արդյոք Փրայորը Երևան կայցելի՞, թե՞ ոչ։
