Առանց ներքին կյանքի բարելավման ու հզորացման, չեն կարող արտաքին հարաբերությունները լինել որևէ մակարդակի վրա: Այս մասին «Դեպի կայուն և երկարաժամկետ խաղաղություն» խորագրով քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
«Մեր կյանքում պետք է վերացվեն այսօրվա իշխանությունների կողմից հանրության ներսում ստեղծած, փայփայած, սնած, պետության, հասարակության ու Սփյուռքի դիմադրողականությունը քայքայած բոլոր բաժանարար գծերը: Մենք կարող ենք և պետք է վերականգնենք ներքին հաշտությունը, որը եղել այս պայքարի ամբողջ էությունը և բովանդակությունը: Մեզ անհրաժեշտ է բաց աչքերով սթափ նայել ապագային հենց վաղվանից: Նախկիններ-ներկաներ, ավելի նախկիններ-ավելի ներկաներ արհեստական բանավեճը և պայքարը պետք է վերջնականապես դադարեն: Նախկին կամ ավելի նախկին որևէ փուլի, իրավիճակի կամ ղեկավարման վերադարձը բացառված պետք է լինի մեր կյանքում: Ի դեպ՝ ավելի նախկին, քան ներկա իշխանություն, գոյություն չունի»,- ասաց նա:
Սրբազանի խոսքով՝ պետք է ուղղակիրեն վերացվեն սոցիալական անարդարության բաղադրիչները:
«Օրենքի առաջ բոլորի հավասարությունը Հայաստանում պետք է դառնա լիարժեք իրականություն: Ժողովրդավարությունը, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, խոսքի ազատությունը կարող են ու պետք է դառնան իրականություն: Հայաստանի իշխանությունները գործում են այնպես, որ ավերել են մեր պետության հիմքերը և սահմանադրական կարգը: Հայաստանում սահմանադրական կարգը պետք է վերականգնվի, ՀՀ-ն պետք է ունենա լեգիտիմ իշխանություն, որը կարող է հանդես գալ երկրի պաշտպանության ու առաջմղման դիրքերից», - ասաց Սրբազանը:
Անդրադառնալով արտաքին հարաբերություններին՝ Բագրատ Սրբազանը ընդգծեց. «ՀՀ-ն պետք է հրաժարվի հակա-ներով արտաքին քաղաքականությունից ու վերադառնա վստահելի ու կանխատեսելի գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակին: ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը պետք է կառուցվի ուժային կենտրոնների շահերի համադրման, գործընկերային կապերի խորացման, փոխգործակցության նոր հեռանկարներ սահմանելու միջոցով։ ՀՀ-ն պետք է ձեռնամուխ լինի գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունների վերականգնմանը: Մենք երկարաժամկետ ու կայուն խաղաղության դրոշակակիրը պետք է դառնանք, պետք է անենք ամեն բան, որ խաղաղությունը լինի իրական ու սերունդներին փոխանցելի, նաև սերունդներին պատրաստելով ապագայի անորոշությունների դեմ: Կայուն խաղաղությունը ձեռք չի բերվում արդարությունը ոտնահարելով: Բաքվում գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցները պետք է վերադառնան, ադրբեջանական զորքերը պետք է դուրս գան Հայաստանի տարածքից, Արցախի մեր քույրերն ու եղբայրները պետք է արժանապատիվ վերադարձի հնարավորություն ունենան։ Բայց այս ամենի համար պետք են իրական բանակցություններ»:
