Ուսուտու վիրուս. ի՞նչ նոր վիրուս է, որքանո՞վ է այն վտանգավոր, ինչպես է այն փոխանցվում

Ռուս վիրուսաբաններն այժմ պատրաստվում են երկրում նոր վարակի ի հայտ գալուն, որը նախկինում գրանցվել էր հիմնականում շոգ երկրներում։ Խոսքը Ուսուտու, նույն ինքը Արևմտյան Նեղոսի վիրուսի մասին է, այն փոխանցվում է սովորական մոծակների միջոցով եւ քայքայում մարդու նյարդային համակարգը։ Եթե այն իսկապես ներթափանցի, այն կդառնա մեր կլիմայական պայմաններին հարմարեցված ևս մեկ էկզոտիկ վիրուս:
Այն ախտածինները, որոնք ավանդաբար համարվում էին հարավային, աստիճանաբար շարժվում են դեպի մեզ, այս միտումը նկատվում է ամբողջ աշխարհում, ոչ միայն Աֆրիկայում, տարածվածությունը հասարակածից է դեպի հյուսիս, և մենք ունենք Արևմտյան Նեղոսի տենդը, ասել է Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Իմունոլոգիայի և ֆիզիոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի Ուրալի մասնաճյուղի գիտաշխատող Միխայիլ Բոլկովը։
Փոփոխվող կլիման հրահրում է նաև նոր վիրուսների ի հայտ գալը։ Դրանցից մեկը աֆրիկյան ուսուտուն է։ Այն առաջին անգամ հայտնաբերվել է 1959 թվականին Հարավային Աֆրիկայում: 2009 թվականին հայտնի դարձավ, որ վարակը արմատավորվել է Եվրոպայում։ Ուսուտու վիրուսը պատկանում է ֆլավիվիրուսների խմբին, ինչպես նաև էնցեֆալիտի վիրուսը, Արևմտյան Նեղոսի վիրուսը, դենգե վիրուսը և Զիկա վիրուսը։ Անվանվել է Աֆրիկայի հարավում գտնվող գետի պատվին։
Ուսուտուն, ինչպես և Արևմտյան Նեղոսի տենդը, վիրուսի նույն տեսակն է: Մարդուն փոխանցվում է վարակի աղբյուրից՝ թռչուններից, մոծակներից և տզերից։ Հազվադեպ է, բայց հնարավոր է վարակվել արյան փոխներարկման կամ ներերակային ներարկումների միջոցով:
«Վիրուսներով միջտեսակային խոչընդոտների հաղթահարումը կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ այս դեպքում մարդկային պոպուլյացիան անձեռնմխելի չէ, չկա իմունիտետ և խնդիր է առաջանում ինչպես բուժման, այնպես էլ պատվաստումների հետ կապված», - ասել է բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր Ելենա Մալիննիկովան։
Շատ դեպքերում աֆրիկյան վիրուսներով վարակներն անհետանում են առանց հետք թողնելու։ Կծումից հետո ախտանիշները անմիջապես չեն ի հայտ գալիս։ Ամեն ինչ կախված է ջերմության տեսակից: Յուրաքանչյուրն ունի իր ինկուբացիոն շրջանը՝ մի քանի օրից մինչև երկու շաբաթ: Լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների միջոցով հնարավոր է որոշել, թե ինչպիսի վարակ կա մարդու մարմնում։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է գալ կլինիկա, արյուն հանձնել, իսկ մասնագետները կորոշեն, թե ինչ տեսակի ջերմություն կա մարդու օրգանիզմում։ Աֆրիկյան հիվանդությունների դեմ պատվաստանյութեր չկան, և մոտ ապագայում դրանք դժվար թե հայտնվեն։ Վիրուսը անընդհատ մուտացիայի է ենթարկվում. այն գրավում է օրգանիզմում և «արտադրում» նոր շտամներ։
