«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
2020 թ. պատերազմից հետո մի որոշ ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տիկինը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանը, զգալի պասիվ էր: Սակայն վերջին շրջանում, բացի ամուսնուն գրեթե բոլոր պաշտոնական ու աշխատանքային այցերի ժամանակ ուղեկցելուց, բավական մեծ ակտիվություն է ցուցաբերում՝ թեմատիկ խոշոր միջոցառումներ, պաշտոնական հանդիպումներ, զոհվածների ծնողների հետ հանդիպումներ և այլն:
Իհարկե, որևէ երկրում արտառոց ոչինչ չկա, երբ երկրի ղեկավարի կինը որոշակի ակտիվ գործունեություն է ծավալում: Սակայն այս պարագայում արտառոցը նման միջոցառումների ժամանակ Աննա Հակոբյանի «սվիտան» է: Բանն այն է, որ գրեթե բոլոր այդ միջոցառումներին նրան ուղեկցում է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, հաճախ՝ նաև ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը: Լրատվամիջոցները հաճախ են նշում այս եռյակի մտերմության մասին, սակայն այստեղ խնդիրը միայն զուտ կանացի ընկերությունը չէ: Տեսեք, օրենսդրությամբ, դատախազական գործունեությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքներով կարգավորվող պետական գործունեության ինքնուրույն տեսակ է, իսկ ՄԻՊ-ն ընդհանրապես իշխանություններից ու պետական մարմիններից անկախ ինստիտուտ է:
Այստեղ առաջին հերթին գործ ունենք հնարավոր շահերի բախման պայմաններում նշյալ ինստիտուտների անաչառության լուրջ կասկածների հետ՝ կապված իշխանությունների գործողությունների օրինականության կամ մարդու իրավունքների խախտման հետ: Մյուս կողմից՝ նման «սվիտայի» գործոնով պայմանավորված՝ կա տպավորություն, որ գործ ունենք որոշակի քաղաքական հայտի հետ, այդ թվում՝ հավանական ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակների համար, ինչից ընտանեկան կառավարման համակարգի «հոտ» է գալիս: Իսկ այս ամենը, հասկանալի է, որևէ կապ չունի ժողովրդավարության հետ, որով այդքան պարծենում էին գործող իշխանությունները 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո:
