Բելառուսում առաջին Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին նախատեսվում է բացել Մինսկում 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերին։ Նման մտադրության մասին սեպտեմբերի 6-ին, ըստ БЕЛТА գործակալության՝ կառուցվող տաճար այցելության ժամանակ հայտարարել են արտգործնախարար Մաքսիմ Ռիժենկովը և Մինսկի քաղաքային գործկոմի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Կուխարյովը։

Խոսելով բելառուսահայ համայնքի և առհասարակ Բելառուսի համար այս եկեղեցու նշանակության մասին, որը հայտնի է որպես երկիր, որտեղ խաղաղ գոյակցում են տարբեր դավանանքների և ազգությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն ընդգծել է. «Նման սուրբ վայրի առկայությունը վիթխարի գործ է: Գաղափարը հիանալի է, դիրքն էլ՝ լավ»:

Ըստ նախարարի՝ այն կլինի ոչ միայն տաճար, այլև հասարակական և մշակութային կյանքի գրավչության վայր, քանի որ տարածքում կառուցվում է նաև մշակութային և կրթական կենտրոնի շենք, որտեղ նախատեսվում է նաև թանգարան և կիրակնօրյա դպրոց հիմնել:

Այսպիսով, Մինսկում կհայտնվի Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու մի ամբողջ հոգևոր համալիր, պարզաբանել է Վլադիմիր Կուխարյովը։

«Մենք ամեն ինչ անում ենք, որպեսզի հայկական սփյուռքն այստեղ արգավաճի և կարողանա իրականացնել իր ցանկացած ձգտում՝ մշակութային, կրթական, սոցիալական, տնտեսական կյանքում, առանց որևէ բանի կարիքի, եթե դա վերաբերում է նրա հայկական ոգու զարգացմանը»,- նշել է նա։

Նա համոզված է, որ մայրաքաղաքում նման օբյեկտների հայտնվելը նպաստում է բելառուս-հայկական բարեկամությանը և հստակ բնութագրում է երկրում առկա ազգամիջյան հարաբերությունները։
