SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 16։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժին է զանգահարել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Թ․ Շ․-ն և հայտնել, որ օգոստոսի 13-ի լույս 14-ի գիշերը իր մորաքրոջ տղա, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Գ․ Ե․-ի հրավերով գնացել է Դրախտիկ գյուղին հարակից լողափ՝ վերջինիս ամառանոց, որտեղ գտնվող անձինք սկսել են խմել, ծխել, «ուռել»:

Ըստ զանգահարողի՝ հավաքին միացել է Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Գ․ Ա․-ն, ով փորձել է բռնի ուժով իրեն տիրանալ և իրենց միջև կռիվ է սկսվել, որի ադյունքում դիմել է փախուստի: Վերջինս իր ավտոմեքենայով մոտեցել է, երկու անգամ կրակոցներ արձակել և ստիպել նստել իր ավտոմեքենան։ Այդ պահին մոտեցել է Գ․ Ե․-ն և վիճաբանությունը կրկին շարունակվել է: Վերջիններս Թ․ Շ․-ին համոզել են, որ ավտոմեքենա է մոտենալու և իրեն տանի։ Նրան տարել են նշված տարածք, որտեղ Գ․ Ա․-ն կրկին «ուռել» է և փորձել բռնաբարել ու քաշքշել իրեն, սակայն Թ․ Շ․-ն հարվածել է նրան և դիմել փախուստի, ով այդ տարածքում, նկատելով իրեն անծանոթ ավտոմեքենա, օգնություն է խնդրել, ովքեր իրեն տարել են բնակարան, ջուր տվել և հեռացել:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ըստ Թ․ Շ․-ի՝ այդ ընթացքում ամառանոցում գտնվող իր պայուսակից գողացել են 180 հազար դրամ, 100 դոլար և 300 ռուբլի: Թ. Շ․-ն հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկել Գ. Ա․-ին և համաձայնության եկել նշված գումարը ետ վերադարձնելու շուրջ, իսկ վերջինս միայն 20 հազար դրամ է փոխանցել և հայտնել, որ հենց այնպես չի փոխանցել դրա համար ինքը պետք է ուրիշ ձևով հատուցի, իսկ մնացած գումարը պահանջելու դեպքում Գ. Ա․-ն իրեն հայտնել է, որ իբր ինքը նրա «գլխին սարքում» է:

Ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Գ. Ա․-ին և Գ. Ե․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
