ՔՊ-ն դեմ է ԵՄ անդամակցության հանրաքվեին
ANALYSIS
Իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը դեմ է Եվրամիությանն անդամակցության հանրաքվեի գաղափարին այս փուլում։ Այդ փաստը, սակայն, չի խանգարել արևմտամետ քաղաքական ուժերին դիմել ԿԸՀ՝ անդամակցության հարցով ստորագրահավաքի հնարավորություն ստանալու համար: Եթե հանձնաժողովը տասնօրյա ժամկետում գրանցի նախաձեռնող խմբին, ապա նրանք, ըստ Սահմանադրության, կունենան 60 օր՝ անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար ստորագրությունը հավաքելու և իրենց հեղինակած՝ «Եվրոպայի միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի» մասին օրինագիծը խորհրդարան ներկայացնելու համար:
Խորհրդարանի մերժման դեպքում «Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակը» ստիպված պետք է լինի ևս 250 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքելու՝ հարցը խորհրդարանը շրջանցելով հանրաքվեի դնելու համար։ Մեծ հավանականությամբ, ՔՊ-ն, անգամ 50 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքելու դեպքում, դեմ է քվեարկելու հանրաքվեին։
Ազգային ժողովի Եվրաինտեգրման հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արման Եղոյանը հայտարարել է՝ Եվրամիության անդամակցության հարցն օրենքով չի կարգավորվում, այլ կառավարության հայտով: Ըստ Եղոյանի, Հայաստանի կառավարությունն առաջիկա առնվազն կես տարում Եվրամիության անդամակցության հայտ ներկայացնելու մտադրություն չունի: Այնպես չէ, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը չի ցանկանում դիմել Եվրամիության անդամակցության համար, պարզապես հասկանում է, որ իր գրպանի արևմտամետները կարող են ինչ-որ պահի դուրս գալ վերահսկողությունից, իսկ ԵՄ անդամակցության թեման շահագործելով, ավելի մեծ քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ կշահեն։ Ուստի, Փաշինյանը որոշել է ԵՄ անդամակցության հարցով ինքը դիվիդենտներ շահի։ Ըստ ամենայնի, իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ անելու է՝ ստորագրահավաքը ձախողելու համար:
